“Lorna and her niece were super helpful when I came in to look for a prom dress. Although I ultimately ended up buying a dress from somewhere else, I knew from that brief experience that they would do excellent job with any alternations I needed. My prom was in a couple of weeks and they were able to have the dress altered in time. Additionally, when my mother and I arrived to pick up the dress, there were still a few minor adjustments that were needed; but Lorna was able to finish them so fast that I was able to still pick up the dress that afternoon.”

When I raised a concern with my prosthesis, she was able to exchange it after getting approval from the supplier on the spot. “My son had just been pointed to be a state officer in Massachusetts Demolay. I had 3 hours notice that he needed a tuxedo. We went to Men's Wearhouse and their system was down and even offering them cash they refused to sell me a tuxedo. At 5:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday we went into Armando's not only did he have a tux in my son's size he tailored the pants and steamed the jacket while we waited. This was a Hail Mary and Armando's came through unbelievably for me. I highly recommended him to everybody I spoke with that weekend and I recommend him to you now.”

“I went here last Friday, August 04th,2023, with my family. They went here around the time Citi Trends originally opened. I've never actually been there .This was my 1st time visiting and shopping at Citi Trends. The only complaint I have is that we originally got there the day before thinking the store was open till 8pm .While entering, the young woman said no, actually, we close in 5 minutes. " they closed at 7 pm on Google, and it said 8pm .So we decided to go back to Citi Trends again the next day. I came out with an awesome find , complete steal. What a fantastic bargain. The other small issue I had with them was that the music was a little loud. The woman at checkout was super helpful and beyond kind and super attentive while checking out . Thank you for your assistance. I don't know her name, but she was so friendly and so much of a huge help . This store is super clean and well - lit, and it's a unique place to go check it out. And has some unique finds. So go check them out. I plan on coming in again in the near future.”

“I was having a tough day, needed to take up some time waiting for something, and also needed some sweaters, so I looked up the closest thrift shop to where I was, as I’m not from Worcester, and Grime was first on the list. Molly, the owner greeted me with a smile, and I asked for her help finding some warmer clothes, as I’m traveling. She was SUPER helpful giving me feedback on things I tried on, and our conversation helped me take my mind off of things. This store is not only one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in, they have a FANTASTIC selection, fair prices, and Molly, the owner is a wonderful human. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll for sure come back. THANK YOU!!”
