*** Public Health Warning ***If you or a loved one value your health stay clear of this catastrophic disaster of a pharmacy and it's employees. Here they have assembled the most useless, lame, inept group of incapable morons in a single building on this planet. The only other group close to them is not far away at the Worcester Post Office. Take the time, buy the gas, take the bus even but please find yourself another pharmacy, any pharmacy it will be worth it to save yourself the grief and aggravation they will inflect upon you for no extra charge.*** Take This Advice Strongly, You've Been Warned ***

Terrible service, stood at the counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged let alone helped. The employees were much too busy gossiping to be bothered to help a customer. It wasn’t only myself who was ignored either, another customer was treated similarly while I was there. There was a distinct lack of urgency in the staff here when compared to other pharmacies when processing a prescription for a person waiting. I could understand if it had been busy or if it had been short staffed however it was a slow day. No excuse for poor service.

I've been going to them for years and they were ok ,but now they have horrible service and they have been messing up my meds and everything now and having tons of issues with them.they seem to be incompetent and I'm changing my pharmacy to another place because of this.i definitely don't recommend getting your medicine here because they have been giving and doing horrible service now and time for a change.the only thing I liked about them was no copay.

I needed a new med my doctor sent it on tuesday asked for delivery for wednesday they never came called for delivery for thursday still didn't come friday the same thing no show i called and the person on the phone was very rude and told me to come get them i told her i couldn't thats why i get delivery she tells me monday i was so upset i call back to talk to a supervisor im on hold next phone rings & rings nobody answers i call back the same thing nobody answers now i realize I'm not going to be home monday i will make it a point to get there because the end result was who cares well i will be talking to a supervisor on Monday to resolve this matter
