Went for an inspection to find that my tire was very bad and I had a few lights out. They got tires for me right away and took care of everything right on the spot for a very reasonable price. Awesome service. I couldn't be happier.

Let me start off by saying that this is one of the most reliable, reasonable priced, hard-working auto repair shops I have been to, the guys there are a great team and they make sure that they take their time when they’re fixing repairs on vehicles, so that they get the job done right! Billy has worked on my car a few times and I’ve never left there disappointed. Thanks complete auto!!!

I have used this shop and mechanic billy for over 2 years! I have 4 vehicles and he does all my of repairs! He has done everything from tires to brakes to transmissions! He has even worked overtime to ensure our families vehicles were fixed and able to run! I highly recommend billy and his expertise and I have recommended him to several friends and they were just as happy as me! He is quick efficient and available!

The mechanic Bill was awesome ! It took him no time to change my alternator,plugs and belt ! Couldn't bet the price and his work and attitude was awesome !

I wish I could leave negative stars. That's how bad my experience was. I happen to be in the area and needed an inspection so I stopped in. The guy completed the inspection and told me all was good but I needed to have my tint checked. I got in my car and noticed that he gave me a "R" sticker. I got out and asked him way and he said rudely "Read the paper, its all on the paper" To why I said but you did the inspection, I need more information. The guy then began to berate me for the tint. He was very aggressive, rude and provided little to no information. I asked him again, what's the R for more aggressively to me to read the paper and my tint needed to be redone. So asked him what did he measure my tint (% of darkness) and what's the law, yet again he referred me back to the paper. And I told him the paper won't tell me that he got even more irritate with me and told me don't start with him. Sensing an even greater downward spiral, I got in my car and told him worse service I've ever experienced. He then walked up to my car aggressively yelling for me to roll my window down repeating the comment don't start with him. I've been driving for over 30yrs and have never had an experience like this over an inspection sticker. I don't care that he failed the car, I wanted more information on why and what to do. By far, the worse customer experience I have ever had. Do not take your car to this person, it was awful. I'm so stunned that I'm going to report it to the BBB. I never take this approach and I never write reviews but had to because the experience was just that bad.

I've always had a good experience with them. They have been fixing my car for more than 2 years from brakes to tires and they've always done an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend them. They get the job done and show great customer service. They don't lead you on getting more things done on your car that you don't need done like many other shops.

I dropped my car to get the overheating problem fixed and when I picked it up, it had a huge crack in the windshield from one end to the other. When I told the owner he was very unprofessional and argued with me saying the car was like that when I had dropped which was not true. After awhile of him talking over me he hung up the phone on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS
