Can buy the same thing on Amazon they don’t let you purchase without your license. Don’t help you look it up and don’t answer the phone when you try to call to ask questions do not recommend this place.

Customer service here is unmatched! I am a newer stylist and recently decided to rent my own chair. Renting your own chair comes with a lot of decisions and in the beauty industry there are SO many options. The manager of this store went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed for the products that I am looking to bring into my new business. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much for your assistance!

This is my go to cosmoprof! Kerry is so nice and accommodating- when I go in the store with my son she always makes it a speedy trip and helps me carry my bags out to the car!

Wish I could rate this higher, the cashier was super helpful.....to bad she refused to sell to me. :/ based on that they ONLY sell to professionals. Wish there was a sign or something to indicate that when I walked in.

Staff did not welcome us with respect. The staff are unprofessional. As my mom and I were speaking our native language, the women kept coming up to us and looking at us. We felt personally targeted. When we were not done with our shopping, I heard the women stand in the back talk bad about about me and my mother, and one of them came up to us asking if we have a card there as if we were doing something we shouldn’t. Not profissional. My mom is a licensed hairstylist who knows what she’s doing.

I wanted to come here and tell you all about Heather at the Worcester CosmoProf store... This lady is wonderful, extremely helpful and accomadating. My order was accidentally cancelled for SameDayDelivery and she helped me fix it, checked her entire stock for all SKU numbers and put it aside for me so when I re-did my order online she was ready to pack it and send it for delivery. Heather also helped me verbally formulate because a couple toners i needed were not available, and wasn't annoyed with me one bit with my 4+ phone calls prior to placing the order. If she isn't a manager, she should be! Thanks girl!
