CFW changed my life! The coaches are super knowledgeable and are such incredible people. The community is like no other I’ve experienced. I felt welcomed immediately, and also felt extremely safe to progress in all the movements. The classes are filled with lots of sweating and tons of laughter. It is the absolute best part of my day, and has been for three years. ❤️

It was my first time back in well over a week and, like always, Christy welcomed me with a cheer and a friendly hello! It’s always awesome to come on Tuesday’s because Christy keeps everything balanced… serious work with lots of laughs and fun! So thankful for our community. Shout out to the awesome Tuesday-6:30 PM workout crew, too!

I dropped in for a class here when I was visiting family, and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and the instructor Dave took the time to explain some new movements. Would recommend to anyone!

Dropped in for a Saturday class while traveling to Wooo-chester wedding. Awesome, friendly and encouraging community. Classes are well managed and exactly how you wanna start out the day. Super stoked for the morning pump that’ll help make me look good in the photos.

CrossFit Worcester is a triple treat and by far the best fitness program I have ever done. The coaches are very knowledgeable, always ready to help and push you to achieve your fitness goals.

My husband and I joined CFW in October 2022 and we both agree that this is by far the best fitness program we have ever done. We are both in the best shape we have ever been in and have seen substantial improvements in the last 10 months. Great variety in the workouts with a good mix of strength training and cardio. Coaches are all great. Very knowledgable and truly care about helping you to improve. We have felt very comfortable and welcomed there since we joined. Would highly recommend this gym to people of all fitness levels.

I have been a member of CFW athletics and fitness since 2019 and this has been one of the best health investments I have made. The coaches are very supportive and provide individualized coaching that each person needs to achieve their fitness goals. It is a great community to be part of.

Love being a member at CFW Athletics & Fitness! Having workouts programmed for you makes going to the gym so much easier. On top of that, I have made some amazing friends who motivate me to keep going every day...especially on days I do not really feel like working out! The coaches are super knowledgeable and always ready to help you, as well as push you to try harder when they know you can.

CFW is truly amazing it’s so much more than your typical gym it is a family! I would recommend CFW to anyone! The staff and the members have truly been so supportive. One of the best decisions I ever made was walking into CFW and getting a membership.

I just joined CFW in late December due to my old Crossfit gym closing. I am very, very thankful for this gym. It has lit my drive to be better in fitness then I was before COVID. The community here at CFW is amazing, and very welcoming. The coaches are professional and very personable making it feel like a family! I would tell anyone that they need to try this gym and hopefully they fall in love with it like I did. Thank you again CFW!

My first CrossFit workout happened at CFW a little over a year ago and I was hooked from day one. I can’t believe it took me so long to try it, but I am very happy I finally did! The coaches at CFW are very experienced and always there to help and provide a scale to any workout. The community at this place is very supportive and it really feels like home away from home! I am also a huge fan of their recently added specialty classes - Quick HIIT, Core & Cals and Saturday Bootcamp.

I had no weight training experience at all when I first found CFW but after completing the on-ramp program, I knew that this would be a safe and comfortable place to learn. The trainers are super helpful and friendly with deep knowledge to share. I ask a lot of questions and often forget everything they tell me so I really appreciate their patience as well ? One of my concerns was my actual physical ability but every movement has a scaled version for every body. The trainers are great at finding the right level for each student. Also, the gym is really nice.... it's clean and large so I've never had any covid worries. I became a full member after on-ramp and it was the best decision I've made in a long time and I recommend it to anyone who will listen!!

I started my journey with CFW one year ago with the free on ramp program and it is one of the best decisions I have made. I’m so glad my coworker encouraged me to try it. I never would have thought I would get into CrossFit. I thought it would be too intense and intimidating. CFW is the opposite of that, yes the workouts are challenging but the coaches and members are the best. It’s more of a community of encouragement and positivity. I have asthma so high intensity workouts cause my problems sometimes but the coach’s are great at helping you scale the workout to your ability and needs. I have gotten a lot stronger over this past year and mentally feel soo much better. Thanks CFW!
