Crunch is a scam, they just want your money and simply don't communicate nor care to try. On top of that, you could make tea with the water from the fountain and the machines are constantly broken down. Customer service is all time bad!!! Don't bother emailing they don't check it.

Staff are friendly, plenty of equipment so even when it's busy I'm still able to cruise through my workout

Good selection of equipment and a large, generally clean gym area with good lighting in offshoot rooms. Hours are pretty narrow if you work, especially since they are getting narrower and narrower. Free weights are very good as well. Water fountain does usually have a lot of technical issues as well. Overall, good gym, worth the $10.

Horribly customer service, not in a contract but they make you pay the next the next billing cycle prior to you being able to cancel. Use to have multiple location you could use now the locations are very limited. Never thought I would be leaving to join Planet Fitness. Not to mention, I had called to drop down my membership to the lower tier, told it was done, yet still was being charged the higher tier membership. When I spoke to the manager about this, he told me he see's that I should be in the lower membership, however it was never actually changed and he couldn't refund me. So not only do I need to pay for a gym membership that I do not use for another month before they will cancel it even though I am not in contract, they actually stole money from me technically. This gym has gone downhill fast!!!!

Very busy all the time !!!! Do people have a job anymore?? And lastly if you try texting less you will see more results I guarantee !!! Plus have good work ethics and stop watching cartoons, do your routine and wipe the machine down then the next person can do he or she’s work out !!!!

ironically customer service is almost endless when you go in on a free pass...3-5 calls a day asking how you liked it!once you sign up...it's difficult to get anyone to answer a call or email5am opening has NOT happened on time since last guy left...20-40 people in parking lot waiting... then door malfunctions so can't get in...Check in is never turned onIm thinking corporate #'s are off as those 20-40 people a day can't check inToday our 1st 7" was in the dark while working out Who runs this facility?And why is it so hard to get someone to answer?You have an AWESOME 5am clientele that you are going to lose unless you pay attention

Spacious, clean, friendly employees (basically everything that Millbrook street is not)…….HOWEVER, someone is going to snap their neck on that floor in the class area and sue this place blind. Who’s “bright” idea was it to put a plastic textured floor in a gym with people sweating and jumping around. Sadly for this reason I can’t continue to come here even though I loved it at 1st. The classes are the only reason I come but I can’t jump, run, or move as much as I’d like because I almost fell multiple times. ?

It’s impossible to cancel a membership! I called and was told to send an email. I did that twice and got no response. So I called again and was again told “the best way to cancel is to send an email.” I haven’t been able to go in months and they just keep charging me. It’s a whole scheme. So don’t join if you just want to try it out for a few months like I did because at this rate I’ll be paying until I die

For the price, there is a lot of equipment to work with, they offer 2 turf-like areas, and have 2.5# DB jumps which is helpful for us ladies.However, they need more cable machines for the amount of members they allow, and the ones they do have don't work great. It's as if they need oiled or need a new cable, like they don't work smoothly they catch or grab resistance randomly during the exercise.They also take a really long time to fix broken equipment. And sometimes the gym gets so congested you can barely workout, esp after 4pm. Recommend working out here in the AM if you can

The gym is dirty. I had to write a customer feedback survey to get them to clean fitness class room because there were hairballs and other dust particles surrounding the room. I don't see anyone vacuuming the turf anymore and it shows.Also if you want to get in a workout before you head to work, don't expect for them to consistently open on time. Since moving to Worcester in 2021 and joining this Crunch there has been several times the gym was not open, most recently past 6AM, no employee to be found.Not sure what the manager expects of their employees but the bar seems very low.

My experience with freezing my account until I could find consistent time to go back, was a pain like everyone else who experienced this as well.The girl who originally "froze" my account did not do it or leave any notes on my account. I saw Crunch take out on Feb so I called back and said it was correct to get charge after a month of freezing my account. Then I look at March and got charged again. I called previous night where I spoke with Megan. Megan made me aware that my account was not frozen and she went in to freeze it for me. I asked her if I was going to get charged and she told me no. She suggested I speak with Eric to talk about refund. I found Megan to be extremely helpful which is why Crunch is not being dealt with low rating.I spoke with Eric who I had to go down to the gym because Peter does not know how to answer phones at all. He hung up on me the first time then I called back two more times where he finally answered to talk to someone else instead of answering the phone.Long story short, I am out of 65 dollars, Megan is a great staff out of the 3-4 I've dealt with to straighten my account, and I canceled my membership with Eric until the rest of the staff is more competent. Give Megan a raise for me. Eric did note she did freeze my account so it is astounding how she was the only one able to do it. Give her a raise for me. Thanks

Don't waste your time or money!!! Worst customer service, management is horrible and should be managing anything but their poor attitude. They scam and lie about offers and the location isn't very clean! Run fast and take your business elsewhere !

I have been a member for 1 month and 3 times now the gym has been closed when it’s supposed to be open. I call the other branch and am told “the opening staff didn’t show up” the gym is filthy the staff is rude and sit on their phones. The equipment needs updating. The cable machines are failing apart. When’s the last time the floors were cleaned? I have reached out to management with no response via voicemail, email, and Instagram. Do better. I’m canceling my membership.

Got charged an annual fee on this month 60 dollars without being warned. Went on And canceled my membership same day, called the manager to get my money back and they said straight out they do not give the money back! I feel like I was robbed! Horrible costumer service!
