I always look forward to stopping by CubeSmart because of the service Adam provides. He’s consistently professional, friendly, and simply great to chat with. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting his coworker Helena as well and she’s brought such fresh energy and life to the space. Together, they make every visit welcoming and positive. This location has quickly become one of my favorite places to buy from when using StorageTreasures. Top-notch team, top-notch service.

I was looking for a storage unit for my daughter. I called many different places to get quotes. But when I called Cube Smart I spoke to Helena and she was both helpful and very kind. I felt like I was talking to someone that I have known forever. I met her and Adam when I went to secure the unit. These employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable leaving your personal things in their facility.

I had a storage for 2/3 months at the Mckeon Rd ,Worcester location.
I Had the pleasure of meeting with Helena and Adam in the office for all my concerns, as well as other questions during this time. I cannot say enough about their knowledge, or mannerism. Just the idea of customer service and the pleasure of dealing with them directly or by phone.They were both an absolute pleasure to Reach out to.
