Half the products at the 44 West Boylston St. Store are locked up and you have to go look for someone to open plexiglass covers, plus the store always looks dirty!

I am consistently impressed with the CVS store near me. The shelves are consistently well-stocked, offering a comprehensive range of products that cater to my every need. From personal care items to over-the-counter medications, I can always find what I'm looking for. The cleanliness of the store is also noteworthy; it's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a neat and organized environment. Additionally, I appreciate the convenience of their photo print center. The high-quality prints and efficient service make it my go-to place for capturing and preserving memories. Overall, this CVS location stands out for its completeness, cleanliness, and the added convenience of a reliable photo print center. It's become my trusted one-stop-shop for various essentials, and I highly recommend it to others in the community.

This was the worst CVS experience! There was a long line although 2 registers were open. It doesn't make sense to have the 2 oldest employees at the front registers with a long line. I had to wait 20 min in line and my ride left causing me to have to order another ride which means I paid double. Theres no reason for this!

I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but this location is awful. I am now switching my prescriptions to Walgreens. The front end is as kind as can be. The pharmacy on the other hand is the worst I've ever dealt with. Last time i went in, i asked for a script my pcp sent over. She couldn't locate it and asked what it was. I told her and she stated it can only be sold otc. I apologized for the mistake and bought it otc. She was extremely rude and condescending throughout the transaction. I go out to my car and get an automated call from the pharmacy telling me my script is ready. I go back inside and she blatantly rolls her eyes, but i tell her i got a call. Lo and behold, i do have a script to pick up of exactly what i asked for it and it was covered. I worked in customer service so i try to be as pleasant as possible but this woman should not be in the pharmacy at all or any customer facing job. Absolutely incredible how blatantly rude they are there.

For someone with ADHD in college I rely VERY MUCH on my medication so it's the most upsetting thing in the world to hear when your medication is on back order. I asked the guy to look where it was in stock and he told me he could only check within a 20 mile radius so I ask him who can look outside that? Another CVS? He says yes so I ask him if I call another CVS on the phone can they check if they have it in stock and he said he wasn't sure. So I ask him WOULD YOU CHECK IF I CALLED YOU AND ASKED?? Then he was like hmmm if I was busy I'd say no and then he laughs in my face.

Horrible experience. The pharmacy staff is rude, uncaring and uncompassionate. I dropped off a prescription last night after leaving the doctor's office, where I was just informed that I have 6 protruding discs from my spine. I was told by the woman that works here that it would be ready in an hour, about 8:45 pm, and I need to come back. (They didn't tell me they close at 9:00 pm). The prescription is an anti-inflammatory, not pain meds, or opioids. I arrived at 8:47 pm at the drive thru. I sat there for about a minute or two before someone picked up the intercom only to rudly say, \\\"we already closed\\\" and hung up the phone and proceeded to ignored me. They began lowering the metal security devices over the window and the girl working there tried to avoid looking at me as she cranked the screen down. I went inside, and the security screen was still open. It still wasn't 9:00 pm yet. They refused to give me my anti-inflammatory medication for my back pain stating, \\\"We're closed\\\". (I have a Citizen Eco Drive watch, and I knew what time it was.) They were not apologetic and appeared rude. One of the employees was smiling. They refused to tell me their names when I asked, and instead called the front end manager to come talk to me. (remove me) The front end manager arrived at 8:59, and told me to go to CVS on Park Ave, that they are 24 hour pharmacy and could fill my prescription. I went there, waited patiently for assistance, and the pharmacist at this location told me I had to get it from the location I dropped the script off, and they can't fill it for me because it was a paper script and wasn't sent electronically. I went home without my needed medication for my aching back. I got up early, and had to shovel my way out of the driveway, (with no medication and for my chronic back pain) to arrive at the location where they held my medication hostage from the night before. I'm here at 8:00am when they supposed to be open, but they are not. It is now 8:13 am on Thursday morning and they just arrived and opened the metal security screen and I am still standing here, in pain, waiting for them to get set up to help customers. There is a different group of people working here today, and the pharmacist was polite and apologetic, but it doesn't change the facts outlined above. (The pharmacist here this morning told me that CVS on Park Ave, certainly could've filled the script for me. Nice, huh?)

I would have expected a little more customer service and said I felt like a criminal being followed by Detectives there was an employee following me around the store as if I didn't notice it was kind of creepy but I understand area theif is a high rate area for crime . But not every Hardworking Joe from next store who worked over 75 hrs gets treated in such way. Also I lost my membership card and couldn't remember the email or phone number. The clark .. She wouldn't use the store card for me . Making others wait in line while I had to call my wife . Jeeeez just use the store card . It was a $11 Dollar diff with out it..
