Make sure you have an hour set aside if you’re trying to call the pharmacy. Awful !

This location is an access point for UPS. I don't know if it is UPS or CVS who is responsible for the condition of this package (my beloved pets remains) I'm assuming it was probably UPS not CVS. However, there are 2 very large red arrows on either side of the package that indicate, "this side up" and the associate at CVS dumped it on the counter in front of me sideways. Even if it was UPS that damaged the box with my beloved pets remains so badly, right next to the "please handle with care" sticker, the associate at CVS could have still had some respect and not dumped it on the counter sideways in front of me. Additionally, I received the email at 10:30am that my package was ready for pick up, I got there at 2:30pm that same day, and was informed that the UPS driver drops some packages off I the morning and goes back with the rest about 4:30pm. So why was I sent an e-mail at 10:30am, saying my package was there and ready for pick up. I left and said that I would call back later in the afternoon to see if it was there. Two hours later somebody called me and apologized and said my package had been there the whole time. Then an hour later when I got there again she couldn't find the package. This is the one associate that slammed it on the counter sideways. I understand that they work at CVS, and probably had no desire to handle packages, but that's part of the job now. If they don't like it, they should get another job, every place is hiring. There is no reason or excuse to be disrespectful and thoughtless. Be careful having anything sent there!

The absolute worst pharmacy in Central MA. There is one male pharmacist who actually does his job and helps patients. The rest of the staff literally spend all their energy pointing blame at others, whether it be the doctor or insurance. Funny how I as the customer am able to resolve half the "issues" they come up with as to why they can't process a refill. Do the world a favor and quit your job if you don't want to do it.

Didn't find everything I needed and it's a bit dirty. Also, the actual CVS location didn't let me review it for some reason...

I went into CVS today, store #166 - Worcester ,MA. I was one of the only, if the not the only customer in the store since it was close to midnight (24 hour CVS). I had to complete 3 different transactions in order for my coupons and extra care bucks to apply properly. I advised the cashier Paul of this, Paul refused, said he was the manager and there was now a policy that each customer could only complete one transaction per night. I thought he was joking, he wasn't. He became snarky, rude and mean, to the point where I looked at him and said "well that was snarky", the transaction was rather large and ended up well over the amount I should have paid out of pocket. I said I had to cancel the transaction, mind you... I am still the only person in the store. He became even more rude and then told me to just get out of the store. I said the coupons aren't up coming up correctly and so I need to void the transaction. I offered multiple times to put the items back myself since I was the one who had picked them out, he kicked out of the store after saying a few more not so nice or respectful things to me. I'm not sure what was going on with this gentleman, but he was not even at the bare minimum decent. My mind is blown because I frequent this location often and use their pharmacy, even on the busiest days no one has ever been this disrespectful, even the overworked pharmacists when the lines are out the door.

I stopped in to pickup a prescription that was forwarded from the Auburn CVS. I was told that the prescription was not put through and that it would be 20 minutes I sighed. I was then treated incredibly rude by the person at the CVS drop off. I was mildly annoyed and did not utter a word, but was made to feel like I was causing a major disturbance. I was treated with this contempt when I returned 20 minutes later as well. Customer service is awful. Each person I dealt with made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. Find another pharmacy.

Terrible customer service I came in to buy cough medicine for my father the cashier didn't let me use my ID on my phone and he said he needed a physical copy when law-enforcement use IDs on cellular devices. he asked for a coworker to back him up and she completely was out rages and said to call the police so they can validate my ID I just told him I didn't want it anymore and proceeded with my purchase I felt targeted and very upset. Don't buy from here Walgreens across the street has friendlier customer service
