This place used to be my go-to but i hardly purchase anything from there cause stuff like hygiene products and over the counter healthcare items are all locked up so a 10 minute store run is increased to 30-40 mins! Damn near every item is on lockdown, and pushing the buttons for assistance doesn’t work. I would like to be clear the front end staff and pharmacy staff are awesome!!! CVS making it company policy to lock everything up and then having only two front staff members at a time is such a stupid corporate move.

I have never had a positive experience with the pharmacy. My specific experience mirrors that of others and includes treating others without dignity or respect, rude interchanges, and lack of investment in any kind of customer service. My recent issue with the pharmacy was the last straw and prompted me to contact CVS consumer complaint department. Most importantly I am now happy to say that I will be having my prescription filled from AMAZON. Thank you Jeff Bessos.

I've never seen anything like it. Almost every item in the CVS is either locked behind a plastic barrier, covered in anti-theft devices, or not stocked. Also, and I'm not exaggerating, regardless what time I've gone to pick up a prescription at this 24 hour CVS pharmacy there are 20 people in the line in front of me. However, the staff is very nice and helpful while working in a store that obviously deals with high theft, customer volume and I'm sure many other negative issues I'm unaware of. In a nutshell, it's the worst CVS I've ever been to and without the work ethic and professionalism of their store and pharmacy associates (whom I'm sure aren't appreciated by their local and district management) than I would advocate that the place be condemned.

This review is based on my experience with Iliana from the pharmacy. She was very kind, patient and helpful. She went above and beyond and was able to answer all my questions. Great asset to the store

What a mess! The parking lot is constantly filled with trash including syringes. There is illegal dumping on the side. The entranceway is completely disgusting. The inside is old and is in desperate need of renovations. Everything is locked up due to theft. There are no hand baskets due to theft. The pharmacy does the best they can but is completely overwhelmed. Finally, the staff just doesn't care! This CVS used to be great. But, it is now a microcosm of the major problems of American society today. Renovate, keep it clean, hire up and enforce your policies.

Other than a few rude techs this pharmacy is normally efficient & professional. Well today techs at the register need a crash course on customer service. To have a prescription tossed at me for expressing my dissatisfaction with their customer service is ridiculous.

The outside of this CVS store is cluttered with trash. There is various packaging and food containers in the parking lot as well as the entryway. It makes a bad impression of the store even though the inside seems tidy.This is my second time commenting on this issue but the problem remains.

Staff is so not helpful, literally avoid helping you and know nothing about anything. If you are going to just buy an item and leave, good but if you have any question about an item or service, you are better off with google.
