It's been a couple of years. I haven't been to this CVS on Park Ave and I went through here and I went in and I love the new updates that have done to this pharmacy. It has gotten much better so business is been picking up more and more. So if you looking for a good CVS I do recommend this one. They have a drive-thru for the pharmacist and inside as well. You could go in and is open 24 hours. That's the awesome thing about this CVS

I'd gave ZERO if I could! The way these people played games with my preauthorized prescription, NO ONE should have to go thru such lengths to get what is prescribed by a doctor. In addition, the LIES & THREATS made to "hold the script" because the person on the phone didn't like that I had my prescription insurance on 3way trying to figure out WHY they hadn't filled it yet when they had it in stock...OUT OF POCKET!!! Oh & let's not forget that both CVS & Walgreens pharmacies both REFUSE to transfer schedule II-V to another pharmacy that carries the medicine per the DEA as of August 28, 2023, should be a VIOLATION of the law & patient rights!!! All these major pharmacies need to have their big pharma funding yanked until they act according!

Quite simply, CVS has a monopoly on the 24 hr. pharmacy business. Accordingly, little effort is made to fill prescriptions in anything close to a timely manner. Six hours to fill a generic SSRI is absurd ! The telephone menu is designed to encourage customers to hang up and give up. Very poor management of customer relations. Unacceptable. Does anyone have suggestions for a best or better pharmacy than these 24 hr. CVS pharmacies ? Written, August 2021

I went to this CVS to buy my just water which is down the street from my house i grab my waters go to the cashier to Pay the lady charged me per water $2 and some change which I only ask her how come is $2 and some change when in the fridge we're the drinks are said $1.69 she went to check it out came back to the cashier she scanned the waters and tells me that's not the right price I said to her ok but that's not my fault who ever stocked the fridge works in CVS all I'm saying is it had a different price there, not that I don't have the money I bring with me $15 for a purchased that was supposed to be $14 & some change I grabbed 6 cartons of water. The lady said to me 1st that she can't sell me the product because the water is expired which is BS because CVS will never sell expired water and the dates were years away from expiration I ask her can I speak to you're manager please she said I am the manager but then tells me that she has to speak to the manager to let her know she grabs the waters puts them on the side and tells me she can't sell me that product I told her mam it doesn't make sense that you tell me the water is expired when clearly that's not the situation I told her since you're goin to call you're manager I will wait here waiting for you're manager to show up because it's completely ilegal what you're doing right now I had my money in hand ready to pay while other people behind me we're waiting on line, this happend around 8:00 today and I was just shocked how the lady lied to me about a product that is perfectly fine and not how she said I understand if the product was not in the right shelf but it doesn't give her the right to lie saying that the product is expired wen is not then the cashier next to her she tell him a different story not saying what she said to me that the product was expired i said to her this is not right walked out and even the officer next to the door laughed because literally he couldn't believe what was going on, it was embarrassing to the point that I had to explain to the lady that this don't make sense at all and she kept on insisting that the product was expired..

There's no need to be rude. It sucks to be an essential employee during a pandemic but I am in this boat too. If I treated my clients the way I was treated today I wouldn't have job.

I'd give zero stars. No one at pharmacy picks up phone at all. Called numerous times waited for someone to pick up for over 10 min before hanging up. What kind place is this? Aweful , should be shut down honestly!

The worst pharmacy ever. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They make you wait for hours to fill prescriptions. I'm changing my pharmacy.

I am a young female. I came in late night trying to buy laxatives. I ask the pharmacist to sell it to me instead of the front desk because I am a young woman and there was only young men available to ring me up. It was like buying tampons from boys in your class at school. But the pharmacist sent me away even when I explained why I did not want to buy my product outside of the pharmacy area. So mortifying. He literally called over the loudspeaker that I needed help with the laxatives. Needless to say I left without buying anything.

Disappointing experience on the phone 3 times with them. First, pharmacist was short, unfriendly and gave inaccurate information. In person (when picking up prescription) at the drive through interaction was not friendly or rude. When I got home I saw that our prescription had been substituted for a generic...something I feel I should have been notified about since our pediatrician and I discussed both and decided on the non-generic. When I called about this, I waited on hold about a minute (no big deal) but then they apparently couldn't hear me - I checked to make sure I hadn't muted myself... with the other poor reviews I wonder if they just didn't feel like assisting customers? So I called back and finally hung up after being put on hold for 5 minutes and then "hi can you hold" for another few minutes... I could be wrong, but I got the sense they felt like doing something else.

They basically treat everyone who goes in their with a prescription like they are some kind of drug abuser. Must be the area its located in. Stay away from this pharmacy... Not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend.

Pros: Store is new(ish), large, and well-stocked. Cons: Store is understaffed. Cash register lines are often long. And it doesn't seem to be anyone's job to pick up trash from the parking lot. Eyesore.

The new manager is insulting and feels it's beneath him to do anything but gab with the other pharmacists. Rx ' are constantly lost, missing, not filled. My doctor will send an Rx electronically & I'm days later they don't have it. My husband has waited 2-1/2 hrs and I've waited 1 HR 45 min for a refill that was called in the day before to be found. Each of us had to go to the counter multiple times. The manager did NOTHING BUT GOSSIP. The tech was left to search alone. When my husband got upset, the mg had the NERVE to tell him he was going to upset and lose him other customers! Since moving to New England CVS has been a disaster. This is the 2nd store we've tried in 18 mths. Chicago was much busier, more customers, last staff and in 7 years we had maybe 2 small problems the staff quickly resolved. My 22 Rxs & my husband's 5 are gone!
