I went to get some strips, they asked me for the insurance, I gave it to them in person, then they say that I have to wait for the diagnosis it's been like 2 months The nurse calls and they tell them that the insurance doesn't approve it and that I didn't bring the insurance when I gave it to them, they are even liars

This is about the pharmacy operation specifically. I walk in around 1:35 pm to get prescriptions for my mother. The pharmacy is closed. No sign posted as to why, or why f there was a sign it wasn’t someplace where someone could easily see it. I ask the person at the front why the pharmacy was closed and he said “oh, lunch”. I asked the followup question: when will they be back? His response: “I don’t know”. This is one of the many ways you can tell CVS is a struggling company.

I went into this CVS hoping for a simple prescription pickup, but it ended up being a strange experience. The staff didn’t seem to know what was going on, and the whole process felt confusing and slow. I left without what I needed, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re in a rush or need clear help.

This location is extremely unprofessional. The staff seems to be uneducated on how to service their customers. The issue I had today was a staff member was annoyed that I tried to drop off a package to be delivered. He complained saying Idk why everyone keeps trying to drop off packages. We don't do that. Try Walgreens.
Management needs to do a better job of educating their staff on what CVS offers.
The appropriate answer would have been:
"I'm sorry but our location doesn't participate in the drop-off/pick-up service. However location X can do that for you."

The pharmacist "Rashid" is very rude. His attitude is very disrespectful and CVS doesn't do anything. You are paying for your medicine and insulted by the person who actually should provide you some care and comfort during your painful moment. This pharmacist should get fired

Went to the er and got diagnosed with Bell’s palsy so half of my face is very paralyzed and the doctor prescribed steroids to this cvs and it’s been multiple days and they claim they never got the prescription even though multiple nurses and the chart portal has confirmed they were sent here and they refuse to call the doctor and get things sorted out. So I’m still paralyzed With no medications.

The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional; this pharmacy does not have several medications in stalk. I would not recommend this specific pharmacy.

Pharmacy phone line doesn't have an option to speak with a representative. Can only leave a voicemail. Inconvenient given that I called when I had time to talk - no guarantee that I will be available when they call me back, if they ever do.

I had to come here since Front St closed. I have a problem every single time I come get my medication. The prices are always different yet my insurance never changed. Withheld my medications from me due to "insurance." Called my plan in the store and the insurance company wasn't sure why they kept doing this to me either. Piss poor attitudes there. Would NOT recommend.

They have locked up most of the products but haven’t hired more staff to assist customers. I waited 10 minutes for assistance and ended up going to Walgreens. Doesn’t help that this cvs is in a poor neighborhood with a lot of minorities.
