I was originally not going to say anything but I’m tired of the same problem happening over and over again. This is the 5th time I’ve bought over the counter medication that is expired or going to expire in a few days, not only that but a month ago I went in to buy some candy just to have to search for one that wasn’t expired yet. I just disappointed about the lack of attention given to the products sold in this establishment because I’ve never had problems with any other CVS.

Wow, just wow.
This is the first time I will be writing a review for CVS and for good reason. Today I just met the most amazingly outstanding warm and bubbly helper ever. Never have I once had this outstanding of an experience at a CVS before and it's all thanks to Iliana. From the greeting to the last words bidding me farewell Iliana has left me speechless. If I could give her a 100 star rating and make her the staple CVS employee I would. Forget employee of the month I'd honestly go so far as to say that Iliana is unrivaled. I do not think that I have had this wonderful of an experience speaking with a worker anywhere for that matter. Simply put, calling Iliana a worker is incorrect since she is so much more than that. Iliana has shown me the virtue in people's heart and I wish all the best for her to come. Keep being you!

Always an hour wait only usually 1 person on the front end and there is no way to talk to someone at the pharmacy place is always a mess the employees useless your better off licking a puddle. Off the sidewalk for medicine you'll get better serves

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Five people working, three of them are chatting and socializing with each other. I was the only customer. They saw me but never waited on me. I waited 20 minutes and then left without picking up my prescriptions. My prescriptions got transferred to this CVS when the Walgreens next to it closed. I never had a problem at Walgreens. I've had nothing but problems at this CVS. I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Always when I order pictures or poster, for pick up never have ready, when I walked to pick up they check the computer in that moment, and they only say I’m sorry, they are always in the phone when they have free time ? poor costumer service

Don’t use this location. just don't. They cant fill anything timely, and you cant get a hold of anyone over the phone. Obviously Walgreens next door closing has ramped up the pressure on them, and they were miserable before that, and an absolute wast of time since. Just use one of the other cvs, or wally world, your insurance mail order literally anywhere else. Google made me select one star it should be zero.

CVS Pharmacy is the worst. If you need a prescription, you better clear your calendar for the afternoon because you’ll be waiting in line for half the day just to pick up your prescription and odds are, it won’t be ready when you get there or they will charge you the wrong amount with insurance.

I’m extremely grateful for the kind employee whose name i did not get, but he wrote down the days and what medications im looking for to pick up for my grandfather while my grandfather is unable to pick up himself. Thank you for your kindness and your helpfulness during these hard times in my family!

Rude, horrible customer service, and unprofessional. I have even witnessed the pharmacists joking-around and slacking while there is a line waiting to be serviced and the telephone on a constant ring without anyone bothering to answer. My experience at this one CVS has lead me to not trust in the brand anymore. From bad service, too the employees treating the customers as if they were nothing but a bother, I will not continue to give them business.

on january 17 i was in cvs and witnessed a worker named “jorydn” harassing and annoying the young lady’s working and making fun of pervious customers.

MGR at the pharmacy. Most humiliating encounter I've ever had. I've been a customer at this CVS for over 20+ years with no issues with any employees ever!! The general lack of professionalism alone was embarrassing! She is clearly not ready for such an important roll and key representative for CVS. She is not a person you want on the front line!! If you haven't already it won't be long until you receive more complaints and lose more customers and good employees. That poor staff was mortified. As they should be! Corporate nip this one in the bud fast.

The pharmacy had me on hold for a half an hour, and it was during their downtime. If they have a phone number, why not use it???
