I've had this internet for a year now and I will say it's not the best. I'm constantly having to call and have it reset.its very slow and I can only run 1 TV or it buffers constantly. Also my cell phone is Verizon which is what my cyberonic is my phone works great but the Internet not so much. Which doesn't make since.Will be switching to starlink soon. Monthly price is the same.

I’m down 600 + dollars for equipment. I had to agree to autopay to get the so called “deal” I’ve been paying these people what I consider to be an outrageous monthly bill for a download speed of 0.45 and an upload speed of 2.35 . The customer service and tech support reps are some of the most polite and determined to help reps I’ve ever talked to. It’s a shame they can’t represent a company as dedicated as they are. Bty, I checked those speeds ten minutes ago. Choose your provider carefully.

Cyberonic Internet Communications, Inc. has been our internet service provider for the last several years. Their customer service is above and beyond anything you could ask for. You always get to talk with a real person AND this person is knowledgeable about their services and your account. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that you are getting the best signal for your area. They have multiple options and are willing to work with you to find the best one...even if that is the least expensive. Their support team will spend hours on the phone with you to ensure you are up and running. Then....they say they will follow up...and guess what??? They follow up. Repeatedly, if they cannot reach you the first time. I highly recommend this company for your internet provider needs.

I wanted to extol the Web pass technician, Mike, who just helped my Mom I resolve a connectivity issue months ago. He was affable and patient while explaining the connectivity issue we were having caused by the multiple wireless routers my mother had in her house.

Just got our internet set up aj was awesome and very friendly. He was responsive and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He managed to get us set up in less than an hour. Speeds seem solid so far. Would recommend!

I lived in an RV and had great service in Florida but moved to Wyoming for a summer. Things started to go downhill from there. I moved back to Florida and couldn't get decent signals anymore. Then the hurricane hit and things were terrible. I tried for 6 months with different techs but every weekend my internet would go out and no techs work on the weekend. All they ever did was reset and finally changed me to ATT. It was worse. I gave up and went with another internet service. Fastest service I had is when I cancelled my service with them and they sent an email telling me to send all the equipment back with in minutes. Watch my email he said for a list of equipment I need to return. I wish I could give them a zero for the last 6 months.

Honestly the WORSE customer service ever.. Called billing to be told it’s after their hours so only technical support is available. When asked why they ILLEGALLY took a payment from my account I was told it’s billing. So then I asked for a manager and the rep REFUSED TWICE to give me one. Each of their calls are recorded and I’m on EVERY month stating DO NOT KEEP my card on file. Here we are at month THREE of them ILLEGALLY taking my money. FROM THE WRONG ACCOUNT. They REFUSE to reimburse for their NEGLIGENCE and when advised Id turn them into the BBB was threatened with termination of service .. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. Not only are their payments ILLEGALLY taken their internet drops SEVERAL times a day and their only solution is to up grade every time

Just moved into a new apartment and Tom did a great job installing the new service. He called ahead of schedule to see if he could arrive early which was great. Simple set-up and SUPER fast speeds. Very happy so far.

I tried to use them. Could not get a decent speed it was 1/10 of xfintiy. Very slow help. Tried switching towers T-mobile to AT&T still very slow also expensive. They gave me a refund less $25 shipping and less $49.90 headhunter fee. I have to try to get refund from headhunters who recommened them. Read reviews before contactating them.

We use Cyberonic rural internet for our small business and highly recommend them. We need reliable and fast internet for large file downloads and uploads and they always deliver. Technical Support is amazing, and the whole staff is just great.

This ISP deserves more recognition than it gets! I've been using NW for over a year now, and the service has been super! Absolutely no fuss from payments all the way to service - reliable network speeds! And cheaper compared to larger ISPs as well! I'd definitely recommend this if you have the option!
