I got into an accident and had to replace my front bumper and they made the process extremely smooth for me!
They are very attentive to detail when it comes to their work! My front bumper looks like it has never been into an accident, seamless work!
With regard to their customer service, it’s amazing! They have a very honest demeanor and clear communication. They kept me posted on updates about my car until I had the keys.

We brought our Honda Pilot to fix a crack in the bumper. Booking the appointment was super easy. The owner and staff there are really helpful. The owner looked at the damage as soon as we got there. Did an assessment and gave us a quote. The quote was amazingly reasonable, so we booked it.
They called us as soon as the repair was done. The damage was completely repaired and perfect! 100% better than any other repair shop we’ve been to. We paid the balance and were on our way. After we got home my wife pointed out how nice the interior and exterior looked. It had been completely washed, cleaned, vac’d, and made to look brand new, even better than it was new at the dealer!!!! Juan’s company did an amazing job, was super friendly, helpful and totally reasonable on the price. You don’t often get this kind of service. We have found our new body shop!!!!! Brad and Cathy P

I can’t say enough good things about Diamond Collision!! My car was hit in a parking lot, and the other person’s insurance was horrible, but Diamond (I am sorry, I wish I knew her name-the woman at the front desk) was AMAZING!!! She called regularly for me and helped me fight to get my car fixed and the correct insurance coverage for all the work. They also coordinated a rental for me. The work was perfect-my car looked way better than when I brought it in. They even gave it a good cleaning. Truly, a fabulous experience for a stressful situation. Thank you so much! ☺️

I had the most amazing customer service experience at an auto repair shop, all thanks to the entire team. Juan the manager is such a down to earth person. The entire team is fantastic. The follow up was excellent. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs or bodywork.

very much deserved 5 stars! Very professional and friendly. I had two accidents, neither of which were my fault, and Juan did a terrific job dealing with the insurance company. The job was well done and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Car came out great. However, I went in with an appraisal of about 4K. asked to be notified of any additional damage if found (as I am familiar with how auto body shops can get away). I wasn’t, I was also told “not more damage but had to correct the damage noted on appraisal”. Upon pick up, I find out the charged over 10K of damage. That is a significant change. I was never notified of what was being paid out. Had anyone communicated with me from here or insurance (also insurances fault here) then I would’ve sought a second opinion. Pretty unethical by shop and insurance. Not happy. This was a hit and run so my insurance has to pay out which means bigger ding on my insurance for the long-term.

Diamond Collison Center was so professional, quick and reliable with their services! I originally was trying to go to a different shop but the insurance company had Diamond as a preferred shop so I went with them. I could not be more happy that I couldn’t use the original shop that I wanted to. Diamond contacted me minutes after speaking with the insurance company and had me set up to drop off my car and have Enterprise meet me there for a rental. Diamond text me throughout the entire process letting me know where they were step by step. They were accurate with their estimated time for completion as well. Picking up the car and dropping off the rental was just as easy! The car looked perfect and came with a warranty for their work also! Great establishment with great service! Would recommend 100%!!!

Had my Ram 1500 sent over to Diamond Collision Center from a rear accident. The communication was fantastic but the real winner was me. I picked up my truck and not only did they do an amazing job on replacing my bumper and hitch but they took the time to clean my vehicle. They went above and beyond in every way. They have earned a life long customer. Thank you!

The secretary provided clear explanations in person and at the phone with full availability for every concern. Through cellphone texts, I received updates everyday on the progress on my vehicle. At the end of the service, providing a document with full description, my car was completely clean, outside and inside. No personal objects from my cockpit were missing. I was told by the secretary to communicate in case of problems with my vehicle.

I took my truck to Diamond after getting in the accident that damaged my front end. I received fast and friendly support and was able to take my truck in almost right away after I called. It only took them less than a week and a half to get my truck totally repaired. Based on my experience with other body shops that usually takes much longer, so I was pleasantly surprised. When I went to pick up my truck, they cleaned and detailed it, and the repair work was amazing. It looked like a new truck. I would definitely recommend Diamond for anyone looking for auto body work.
