We inherited Dileo when they acquired another company that we loved. I have been happy with their service, that said until last week, I had only experienced their delivery service. We had a service issue last week that could have been very stressful in less capable hands and Dileo and their team was up to the task. Thank you!

The cheapest grill tank refills I've seen in Worcester! $12 each tank, you can't beat that price!
I'd much rather refill my propane tanks here than trade them for an underfilled swap anywhere else. Plus the guys are professional and know what they're doing. They inspected the tanks I brought, checked the dates and valves, something I've never seen anyone else do. I would trust the experts at DiLeo Gas for any of my propane needs in Worcester.

I felt implored to add to my current review, as Hannah went above and beyond regarding her customer service. She ensured I could easily switch payments from 3 yearly payments to 10 smaller payments, making it easier to budget. She not only communicated the plan with me, but also shared the plan with her team while she was out. Dileo Gas truly has a gem in Hannah. Again, cannot recommend this company more based off of customer service, product quality and professionalism.

I thought I was trapped with my previous propane supplier because I had a 500 gallon underground tank that the company owned. I was sick of unanswered calls, random deliveries with no explanation of wildly fluctuating propane prices. Everytime I called my previous provider they said I would have to pay for excavation, tank emptying, pick up of their property from my home and essentially there was no way out. I tried to get rid of this company for years and always met a dead end, until I found Dileo propane. From the moment I first spoke with Russ, to the informative site visits by Paul, and throughout the removal and new install by the Dileo crew, I could not be happier! They listened to all of my requests, fielded my questions, and were knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. They pulled the permits, emptied the tank, excavated it, and installed the new tanks above ground at my request. Everyone was amazing to work with and there was no pressure from anyone along the way. I also can't say enough about the hardworking install crew. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure they left my yard in great condition. I am thrilled to be done with my previous propane nightmare and looking forward to working with this family owned company!

Just had a great experience with DiLeo Gas. I''ve been a customer for a long time and their service has been good. Today I smelled a propane odor. Called and got a answering machine i left a message. Within minutes i got a call back and talked to Paul. He asked me some question and found that my tank was just about empty and that's way I was smelling the ordor. There is an additive they add so it gives this smell on purpose when it get near empty. He also set up a delivery for that same day. Talk about excellent customer service. I am a customer for life. Hard to find this kind of service these days. Thank you Paul and DiLeo Gas.

I just switched propane suppliers to Dileo Gas & Propane and they made it very easy to do so. They came out to perform a site survey, then scheduled a date to perform the excavation of the old underground 500 gallon tank and replace it with a new one.
And on that scheduled day, they came out in the early AM and were done by early afternoon. I could not believe how easy it was. They also coordinated the required two point inspections with the town as well as contacting my old propane company to remove the old tank from my property. The crew was very professional and did minimal damage to the surrounding area. They backfilled and groomed the area around the new tank and made certain that all my appliances, water heater and boiler were working. Hopefully our new business relationship will be as smooth as the installation was. Great job- 5 stars all around !

Funny review here! But will set it all straight, first this company now pays a 25.00 credit for a positive Google review in an email I received! The father Paul Sr. is number one in my book love him and consider him a friend, but I cant give the same review for the new owner Harry his son. Quick story I was buying tanks and fuel from Paul senior for multiple property's for years, always paid upon delivery as well as my tenants in our rental property's never an issue always professional and personable and paid in full. Harry the son takes over the business and goes to a billing system (deliver the product pay later) that's fine but I'm old school pay for my fuel upon delivery as well as the rental property tenants who are responsible for the there own fuel purchase. Long stories short Harry delivers fuel without meeting with me and the tenants, I kindly asked to be present as to pay and verify payment from the tenants. I call Harry that day and make the payment over the phone, in the meantime he bills a tenant that just had lost his job and was in financial difficulties. The tenant not only didn't pay rent for several months but also never paid Dileo Gas.
Harry the new owner of Dileo holds me responsible for the tenant debt and blames myself for Dileo not being paid! If his theory is correct that I owe the moneys as it was used to heat my property than why does he shun me and not take me to court to settle the facts? Fact is like electricity usage the tenant is reasonable per the lease for his own fuel, not the property owner. Harry disagrees and is not a business minded person shuns me because he feels I slighted him, I would never do that, he made a poor business decision and holds me responsible.. Sorry for the true review.

Very impressed by the professionalism with DiLeo. My project manager Tim helped to make it an incredibly easy process to install a second tank to tie into my new generator and could not have been more accommodating, especially during the winter months when weather was rough. Everything was quoted price-wise appropriately as well. I'm happy to use them as my propane go-to and highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Big thanks to Tim and the DiLeo team!
