“Pretty much all Family Dollar stores are similar. I find them a bit more crowded than the Dollar Tree stores and merchandise seems to really crowd the shelves, to the point that sometimes it's not pleasing to the eyes...at the same time, many times I see empty shelves where products run out or they haven't re-stocked them. I went into this store in Worcester and I found a few things that I needed, luckily there was no line to check out, so I had no issues shopping and paying. With over 8,000 locations in all states except Alaska and Hawaii, it was the second largest retailer of its type in the United States until it was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 and its headquarters operations were moved from Matthews, a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, located in South Hampton Roads. The main difference is that at Family Dollar you can get items at different price points, whereas at Dollar Tree everything is $1.25 or less.”
“I like this store it's large and has lots of options. But don't skimp me on the seasoning please. I paid full price for half a tube of seasoning. Just sell half a container for 1.25”

“While this is a smaller Dollar Tree, they are probably the most organized store in the city. I can't imagine how hard it is to keep a DT store organized and clean, but this one always manages to do so AND keep everything stocked and looking full. There are some occasions where there lots of boxes in the aisles but that's unavoidable when they're trying to do restocks. I'm always happy to shop here and I felt the need to write a review to pat the manager and employees on the back for always keeping a tidy and stocked store. It does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!”

“Let me start with say that Nicole was very helpful and welcoming, she greeted me as I entered, offer her help if needed. The store was well organized and shelf were well stocked. Store was very clean. She advised me of the family dollars rewards she help get the application. She is very professional and kind. She definitely is the example of what customer service should also be. Thank you for your kindness and help Nicole. I hope corporate sees this review and gives you any type of gratitude acknowledgement. I can say that I definitely seen that their was a management change being that I have came in before to this store and my experience wasn't like the one I had today with Nicole, and if its not a management change Nicole will be a great candidate. “This store is on the smaller size but very well stocked.
They have items my normal store hasn't stocked in a while and items priced up to $10.
This store looked nicer inside than they usually do and is not messy! This store shares a parking lot with Price Rite etc and was quite full of cars around 11am. I also did not see any self check outs either!”
“Staff here I'd say is hands down the best! They care about your opinions and even has a sense of humor. I've been always greeted very kindly and taken care of when looking for items I wish to see more Dollar General stores like this. It's very well kept and clean. The prices are outstandingly amazing and with the minor one little downside of the occasional theft. I have caught 2 people stealing there and reported to the staff what happened. Those individuals are no longer welcomed there. Over all this is my Go-To store for all my little basic needs.”
“Plenty of holiday decor and they even had better lights at a great price! Many items are well over $1 but I've been pleasantly surprised at the quality of their new items. Unfortunately their floral/holiday picks are now $1.75 and, imo, overpriced. It's still better if you're making your own wreath rather than spending $30 on one from other stores.”
