“Pretty much all Family Dollar stores are similar. I find them a bit more crowded than the Dollar Tree stores and merchandise seems to really crowd the shelves, to the point that sometimes it's not pleasing to the eyes...at the same time, many times I see empty shelves where products run out or they haven't re-stocked them. I went into this store in Worcester and I found a few things that I needed, luckily there was no line to check out, so I had no issues shopping and paying. With over 8,000 locations in all states except Alaska and Hawaii, it was the second largest retailer of its type in the United States until it was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 and its headquarters operations were moved from Matthews, a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, located in South Hampton Roads. The main difference is that at Family Dollar you can get items at different price points, whereas at Dollar Tree everything is $1.25 or less.”

She leads with her staff and you can tell by the way they all communicate and just by the way the store looks I love this store and I will always be coming to this one only great job, Angela.”

“I like this store it's large and has lots of options. But don't skimp me on the seasoning please. I paid full price for half a tube of seasoning. Just sell half a container for 1.25”

“I had purchase a few items at Family Dollar, but then I wanted to return/exchange the following day. The Cashier/Manager stated because my items were discounted, the sale was final and I couldn't return. “This store is on the smaller size but very well stocked.
They have items my normal store hasn't stocked in a while and items priced up to $10.
This store looked nicer inside than they usually do and is not messy! This store shares a parking lot with Price Rite etc and was quite full of cars around 11am. I also did not see any self check outs either!”
“Staff here I'd say is hands down the best! They care about your opinions and even has a sense of humor. I've been always greeted very kindly and taken care of when looking for items I wish to see more Dollar General stores like this. It's very well kept and clean. The prices are outstandingly amazing and with the minor one little downside of the occasional theft. I have caught 2 people stealing there and reported to the staff what happened. Those individuals are no longer welcomed there. Over all this is my Go-To store for all my little basic needs.”
“Plenty of holiday decor and they even had better lights at a great price! Many items are well over $1 but I've been pleasantly surprised at the quality of their new items. Unfortunately their floral/holiday picks are now $1.75 and, imo, overpriced. It's still better if you're making your own wreath rather than spending $30 on one from other stores.”
“Love this store now! They keep it relatively clean and stocked and the team members are all kind and helpful. I go in one or two times a month and do a huge order and they have always been helpful and patient! I think they would benefit however from removing the $3plus section and bringing back the arts and crafts and housewares to what other stores carry. They don't tend to have the same products as other stores it's always months later they seem to have what other stores had months prior... Kinda weird, but it's the closest Dollar Tree and it works out great for me!”
