Relatively large store with a shared plaza parking lot.
This store does not have the freezers and fridges some of their stores have.
This store seems to rely heavily on the self check out registers which I don't like. I have found some good stuff here and yes they seem to have a problem with having enough of certain items.

Bought many items, 3 of which were never placed in my bags. I trusted that the girl at the register knew how to ring up and bag items so I didn't go through all the bags to ensure she put everything in. I didn't notice until I got home. I called she store but the manager said I'd have to drive all the way back to either have the items taken off my credit card, or to get the items. I've been shopping at Dollar Tree stores for many years and in many states. I've never had a problem like this until now. This store essentially has stolen my items, since I paid for them but never received them. Yet they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back after they made the mistake. Dollar Tree has lost a good customer. This is unacceptable.

they are very mean my brother jumped up to grab a birth balloon and a lady from the back screemed really loud at him and made us feel uncomfortable and and not welcom.

This review is for the CASHIER KATIE who handled a tough situation. A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

Bigger store, than most around here, clean and organized for the most part. Always have what I'm looking for. Parking sometimes suck, but gatta share if with a few others stores.
