So at approximately 9:30 am I decide to go to this Dunkin’ drive thru. There was a line which it is expected to be! (It’s a Monday morning in New England) well the drive thru employee was a little ahead of himself and was trying to take orders but the problem was the pick up in-front of the speaker to order had already ordered and was in a standstill because of the line. When I finally pull up that over excited drive thru worker was I guess frustrated from not being answered took his frustrations out on me the customer! Explain I apologize but just got to the screen need a few minutes to look over so my sister can place her order as I knew what I was getting. I try to explain he was trying to take an order to someone who had already ordered and that there is a line that’s why I couldn’t move forward. He starts rushing and commenting here until 4. Not even 15 seconds pass and he continues to make passive aggressive remarks where I looked at my sister and said order cause i no longer want anything from here! At this moment he made his last sarcastic remark and I decide to drive off and go inside to figure out what’s with the attitude and to speak to a manager! I walk in ask for a manager and the guy taking the order turns around and says I am the owner I am Armando! I react you the rude person taking the Oders is claiming to be the owner! He laughs at my face and tells me to get out his store! I look at the young female employees that are laughing at the situation can someone give me corporate phone number? He grabs some random receipt throws it at me and screams get out my store! No one is going to give you number if you want it you look for it get out my store! I will not lie I cussed him out and told him he will regret how he treats customers and stormed out saying you will find out who I am! I contacted cooperate and will escalate the situation! He messed with the wrong disabled woman today! Armando, you told me to find the number out myself to make a complain and buddy I did! And that’s just step 1, step 2 was to let Worcester know that if you want good service and quality food not to go to Dunkins! Plus after looking inside maybe the health department should make a visit soon! Step 3 is to let the BBB know about your practices’ step 4 will be contacting your partners and investors! Step 5 will be contacting the States Attorneys office to make a formal complaint! Armando, in your country you might treat woman that way but here in the USA we are EQUALS! Armando you need to go take a management course! Armando did I do a good job getting the corporate number you denied me? See you soon

There are a couple Dunkin donuts in the immediate area, but this is the one that my husband and I always go to without a fail. The people here are incredibly friendly, the fastest service, and are always such a pleasant part of my day. 11/10 recommend this

This is the best Dunkin's! They always get it right! Employees are all very nice, always! I will not go to any other Dunkin's any more; when I have, I always regret not coming to Grove Street! They did just renovate which looks amazing but they were great before the reno also!

As someone who has worked at Dunkin Donuts before, and been in customer service for 12 years I know how you should be handling your customers. There are only 2 late shift employees at this location that know how to treat their customers and put actual effort in.Everyone else is so rude, they lie to you when you try to confirm what you got is correct, as other times it was not. The food is never right, the drinks are poorly made, and when you go to fix your issue they actually confront you and tell you that you are wrong, they will remake it, but it is never any better.They really need to get some new management and new staff.

Worst dunkin ive been to. My god they are so rude. Always get my order wrong and when i ask for them to fix it they give me an attitude. The manager there is also really rude. Just go to another dunkin if you dont want to have a bad morning. Never coming here again :)

I went threw the drive through and the service was terrible I had ordered simple things and just because there was a line they rushed my order got it ALL WRONG and the manager was so rude.never coming back .

Went through the drive through... Ordered a large black coffee... Stiffed me $2 of the change I was due from a $20 bill. I actually circled back to get it... And then when I opened my coffee, also cheated out of quite a bit of coffee too, it was maybe 3/4 full... Staff was preoccupied talking and laughing amongst themselves.

I like this place but theres one specific person here whose terrible at her job. She's so rude and mean and charges things that are supposed to be free to those she works in the same building with. She also argues with all the customers that comes in and complains about their orders when they're supposed to know that the customer is always right! You're supposed to talk to the customers/guests in a calmly manner and take care of the situation. Not argue right back. Believe me she's done it with me too so I made a complaint. This is why I usually order things from the night crew people like Kevin for example! He's a excellent worker and gets his job done right!
