So disappointed I payed a ridiculous price for a Valentine’s Day arrangement only to receive the smallest saddest flower arrangement. I was so embarrassed to give this away. It looked awful close to $200 for this disappointment

I ordered this a month in advance and it was just delivered. Lo and behold I open the box and this is what it looks like. Starting to get the feeling that the delivery person shook the package on the way or threw it into their van or something because this is unacceptable.

They couldn't deliver and when we arrived to pick up $149 arrangement one hour before posted closing hours, they were closed. Phone calls have gone to voice mail for one week with no refund.

I have used this place a couple of times yet the experience keeps getting worse. Don’t be mistaken by the location being on “Pleasant” st. The employees are anything but pleasant. I placed an order a day ahead of time hoping the delivery would be in the early afternoon. I had not received an update on the order so I called. The employee that answered the phone was disrespectful from answering the phone to telling me the order will go out when the driver gets back. This was at noon time and here it is 5pm and still no delivery. Last time I went to this location it reeked of weed and the delivery driver was just sitting in the truck ripping butts while playing on his phone. Shut this place down. Corporate should be embarrassed this location exists.

I have been a loyal customer of Edible Arrangements for over a decade and have always been satisfied with their services. However, my recent experience with this particular location was disappointing and significantly different from my previous encounters. I had placed an order on a Tuesday and expected to receive confirmation of delivery. To my surprise, I received an email stating that the recipient was not at home during the attempted delivery.When I called the store to inquire about the situation, I was met with a highly unprofessional and confrontational attitude from one of the employees. The employee claimed that they had photographic evidence that no one was home at the time of the delivery attempt. However, the recipient confirmed that there were no delivery notes left on the door, and no one in the house heard a doorbell or a knock.Seeking resolution, I requested to speak with the manager, but was informed that the manager had already left for the day, and I should call back the next morning at 9 am. I suggested having the manager call me instead, but the employee refused and hung up on me, leaving the issue unresolved.The next morning, the manager did call at 9 am, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was defensive and uncooperative. Despite my complaints about the employee's behavior, the manager dismissed them and refused to cancel the order or provide a refund, claiming to have photographic evidence supporting their position. He raised his voice during the conversation, making it unpleasant and unproductive.Feeling frustrated and helpless, I decided to escalate the matter to Edible Arrangements corporate. I spoke to a representative who was understanding and apologetic. They promised to contact the store and investigate the situation further. Within a short period, the representative informed me that the store's behavior was unacceptable, and a refund would be issued. I appreciated the corporate representative's assistance and thought the issue had been resolved.However, my relief was short-lived, as I received a distressing call from the recipient, an 80-year-old individual, who shared a distressing encounter with an Edible Arrangements employee. The employee had called and berated the recipient for not being at home to receive the delivery, despite the recipient having no knowledge of the order or any prior contact from the store. The employee's conduct was entirely uncalled for and deeply upsetting.I immediately contacted corporate again and relayed this new incident to the same representative. I expressed my disappointment in how the situation was handled by the store and stressed that such behavior towards customers, especially elderly ones, is utterly unacceptable. I requested that the store's owner personally reach out to me to address this situation and the overall handling of the matter.In light of these experiences, I strongly advise others to avoid this particular Edible Arrangements location. The unprofessional conduct of the employees and the lack of customer care demonstrated during this ordeal have left a lasting negative impression, and no customer or recipient should have to endure such treatment.

Worst place in the world this location In Worcester Rob me twice take my money and never make delivery.when I call to ask about it the two ladies working swearing at for no reason foul language and even told me I’m not getting refunds because they kept it.I told them I’m contacting the police department and then they invited me to fight. I have never in my life had to deal with such disrespect Edible Arrangements is the worst company in the planet. Please don’t spend your hard working money on people that have no respect or even know how to run a business.

This is now the second time that I’ve had a delivery fall through from this location. I’m a very understanding person and I get it sometimes things happen. However this is now the second time where the delivery never came. I setup the delivery very early in the morning while I was at work (birthday gift for my fiancé). Now here I am at 5PM waiting for it to arrive, well don’t you know I literally watched the delivery driver pull up, never get out of the car, and called my phone and allowed it to ring only once, then took off. I watched the driver pull over down the road while I’m calling them 2-3 times and they ignored it every time. To top it all off the store didn’t answer their phone at all even though they were open til 6PM. Do yourself a favor and do not give this place business.

Very rude on the phone. When calling to make an order they say one thing and change things. I will never do business with Edible arrangement.

Sometimes I ask myself "what's the worst that can happen if I leave a bad review.. somebody losing their job"? That's a possibility. However, I also believe in giving people a second chance so I wouldn't want to be on here in an open internet space to vent and call out names. Just to say that I haven't had a great experience with this one person I have been speaking over the phone with since I placed my order on Monday. Today is Thursday of that same week - the surprise has been taken out of this gesture ?... You can do better Ma'am. You could have done better over the phone. I wish you the best.

I preordered for Mother's Day to be picked up the day after (today ). It was a small arrangement to be picked up at 11am. I go to the door and the door is locked. I was even late to pick up, I arrived at 11:20. No one was answering the door and they open at 9am not sure why the door was locked. I called the store and I see a woman come out to answer the phone , and I told her hello I am at the door and she rudely opened the door and I told her I had an order and she rudely said "well it's not ready yet that's why the door is locked" . She told me 30 more minutes . She should have called me to let me know or unlock the door so I can come in and check myself and not wait outside thinking I'm getting ripped off thinking you stole my money and are closed ! Won't be back. Finally got my order as I'm writing this review and barely any chocolate on it and it's all messy and looks unappetizing! All this wait for this gross thing !

I made an order for a birthday online and set the pick up time for 6pm. While I was at work I got an email saying my order was ready and to pick it up by 6pm. When I went to the store it was already closed by 530pm despite saying online that they closed at 6pm. This is unacceptable especially given how much I paid for the service.

Do not order from this location!! I ordered an edible arrangement 4 days before delivery date for my daughter's birthday and day of delivery called at 3 pm because the delivery had not been made yet. The store told me it was in process than at 3:54 pm told me it was undeliverable even though I had used edible arrangements for this same address for 2 other edible arrangements in the last two years that were successfully delivered. If it is really important that your delivery gets there do not use this location.

I ordered a fruit arrangement and tea to be sent to my daughter and her family. They did not deliver the tea. When I called about the tea they first said they would send it right out. I called back and the manager yelled at me. She then offered me coffee instead which was not acceptable as the recipient does not drink coffee. I said that I wanted a refund and she got very nasty. I told her that would not be shopping there any more and she told me there were plenty who would so she didn't care.
