If you’re looking to book from a reliable car rental website, look elsewhere.
My question with this place is why they allow for bookings online if they are completely sold out. It’s stupid. You fill out all the requirements, including when you want the car; they accept the booking and then on the day of they say it’s not possible. No regard or respect for anybody’s time or plans. It’s left us stranded and frustrated. Never giving them our business again.
Some advice: Fix your website.

I had a reservation for a car while my car was in the shop. I was dropped off at Enterprise and was told they didn't have a car. They told me they had 8 reservations and only 6 cars. When I asked the desk attendant if he could help me find another car at another location in Worcester I was flatly told "No, you can call the main number" and the attendant then left the desk to go in the back room. Luckily the main number operator was able to locate one across the city for me. I then asked the attendant if they could give me a ride to the other location and again was told no. I had to pay for my own ride to the alternate location.
Miserable experience that almost left me stranded.

This company have the worst costumer services, the employees are extremely rude, they play with people’s time, Tyler from Worcester office 75 Madison st Worcester ma 01608 just cancel my reservation because he was not happy with my complaint, he is been playing with my time for days now, there is not any manager to help costumer in this situation, they just do what they want

The guys at the Madison Street Worcester Ma location could not have been any more awesome to work with. It was seamless and efficient from.start to finish. Each staff member was on their game and accommodating. Could not have had a better experience! Thank you and til.next time!

A National Emerald Aisle reservation led to an old Dodge Charger with 56,000 miles (only car available ). This was a GM corporate rental. They also had no airport pickup or dropoff. Not the Emerald Aisle experience I signed up for.

Extremely bad experience: after having a confirmed reservation and showing up at the location, they tell you no cars are available. A total waste of time and trust. I stayed there in the waiting area to find out that cars are available and given perhaps to people that pay more. It’s a joke! When demand is up confirmation doesn’t mean anything. Lost all trust in this company.

I needed a car on the weekends this month The best rentals are here enterprise downtown have the best rates clean cars and customer service and friendly staff nick and Colin always greeted me with a smile checked me in and had my car ready to go

Colins, Eric, Tylor, Drew were very adaptable to me and my wife's situation, the costumer service they provided to my wife was amazing, profesional and understandable it allowed us to continue doing business as we recently experienced an accident.
