I had an amazing experience with the reps at Shrewsbury enterprise there customer service was great I had rented my vehicle online when I got there to pick up the rental it wasn't available but they had a different car available for me at the same rate it was online they explain in great detail how it all works, if u have any questions they answer them, my car was clean and it was an amazing I look forward to renting my next vehicle from them as I recommend them to anybody family,friends overall excellent service

Terrific Customer Service!!!! very attentive, helpful & professional. Carlin was Great! I had to request 2 x to keep the car longer and it was no problem. When I returned the vehicle Jay helped me and we were done in minutes. No hassles, no headaches, no hidden fees. Highly recommended.

Renting a car from the Shrewsbury Street location was so smooth. I had lots of questions and they were so patient with me. I highly recommend them. They went over all the important notes of the paperwork and made the process super easy. Thank you to Carlin who helped me a few weeks ago but everyone was super nice.

The worst rental experience you’ll ever have….235 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, MA.Impossible to conduct basic business at this specific location…235 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, Ma.First, you’ll find no one seemingly works there, no one at front desk and phone ringing off the hook. When one or an entire group of young kids (workers) come out of the back of the business all playing on their cell phones you’ll find they can’t really help you or are just “short staffed”.If you can somehow get to a rental contract it will be the wrong vehicle class or type…100% guaranteed.Do yourself a favor and find a different rental location for enterprise. I’m aThis review only applies to 235 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, MA.

Christopher and colin were really amazing. I was having some issues with adding insurance. They both took time and patiently helped me add insurance. Amazing team. I would surely recommend renting from this location..

Not good! Friendly staff, but gave me a dirty car. Even the interior was dirty!! Also the exterior of the car was all banged up with dents, scratches, and even a gash! The car also had a horrible smell when the A/C was on, which wasn’t good at all since it’s been extremely hot and muggy. They didn’t even give me a car that had a full tank of gas! Basically was on empty! Not good at all. I don’t recommend.

This is the only local Enterprise I use after unsatisfactory issues with other local Enterprise locations. Very professional with no problems dropping off or picking up. Never an issue getting the car or pickup I need.

Had an appointment at another Enterprise location, they gave me such a hard time because I didn’t have an updated picture for my already renewed license. Called this location and they said no issue at all and had a car waiting for me. Within minutes I was there and given exceptional service from Christopher. No issue at all, I was very happy and satisfied after a long and stressful afternoon. Thank you so much!
