I rent enterprise cars all over the country. The staff is usually attentive, energetic and friendly unfortunately Enterprise is using second or third tier technology methods and they haven’t caught up with their competition. I’d like to show them how they can catch up quickly if they just reach out to me

Went to dealership in Worcester. I called made reservation 3 times no call back no pickup in dealership. Basically stuck here waiting all day for my vehicle. Never ever had a problem till this area. Horrible service today worst part 3 times I called and made reservation and pick up. Unfortunately nobody called or took care of me. Truly hope no one else goes through this literally 1 hour and 30 from home can't rent a car. Horrible experience

Frustrating experience overall. I had a reservation sent to this location Friday. Late Monday morning when dropping by to pickup, I was told there was no car. In his defense, the associate Anthony did his best to assist. He was unable to reach another location by phone, but assured me they had enough cars if I headed over. Anthony let me know, worst case, to call him back in the afternoon and he would definitely have something the next day. The manager, Darren, seemed pretty abrupt when Anthony asked if any other cars were available. Darren's attitude did not help the situation.
A reservation should really guarantee a car, and if the reservation cannot be honored, a phone call in advance could alleviate some of the stress.

**Closed on Saturdays**
The website still allows you to make a Saturday pickup reservation, and it’s listed everywhere as open. I was not able to pick up the car, and quite literally all other enterprise locations from Providence RI to Leominster MA were sold out (I called 10 other locations). This made me unable to complete an out of state move. I made the reservation well in advance, so I didn’t appreciate enterprise employees at other locations telling me that I shouldn’t expect to have a car available same-day. So please just note they are closed Saturdays. Truck rental and car sales are open at this location on Saturday, which even corporate enterprise didn’t understand why.

Great local spot to pick up a rental. They normally take care of me on very short notice. My only complaint is you can book rentals online but when you arrive they are overbooked and no rentals are available. That being said, the local staff has been great at finding a way to fix the situation.

I worked with Mareka and Chelsea during my
6 week car rental while my work car was in the shop. They both were excellent and extremely flexible when dealing with my fleet company. The rental car I drove was almost brand new and perfectly maintained!

Nice customer service, one thing to notice is that they are often short staffed. Decent selection of cars.

Excellent and professional people, specially the manager who was welcoming and supportive with my one way rental. She even went above and beyond and waived my one way fee. Thank you!

Took the reservation but then told me they don't have a car. Instead of helping me find another car at another Enterprise, told me to call each branch and check separately. What is the point of you "branding" as a company if you can't take a reservation you can honor, and if you can't actually help a customer!

My man Damien is the real Guru when it comes to finding a car that suits you personally. Back in 2020 I was in need of a reliable car to take me to work Bc I was dreading the unreliable MBTA system and so I did a Google search, which they surprisingly connected me to him and when I sent him a message, he was so eager to help me out. With a very low credit and a repo on my background, Damien seriously made it happen for me to drive out in my dream car at the time and ever since, he has been like a big brother to me reassuring that my needs were taken care of. Although I’ve had the dream car for 3 years and driven a whole bunch of miles on it to bring it up to 100,000 miles, I’ve also noticed that my credit score sky rocketed within that time frame, which is VERY beneficial. So Yesterday, my BIG Bro Damien made sure I was able to trade my former dream car in to an even BETTER DREAM CAR! The 2020 Hyundai Elantra has been the most technological safety equipped with sensors, quiet smooth sailing, so far gas saving best car I could ever ask for!!! And this comes with the Sirius XM satellite radio to browse through the endless amounts of beautiful music they have ;). Damien was 100% right when he said that he got my back and I want to thank him so much and ENTERPRISE, please give this intelligent man a promotion!!!!! Also everybody else in there are always nice and friendly and are some good comedians in there ? it’s always good vibes in there!

Rented a car monday Tuesday 10-17-23I told them I was retuning Saturday 10-21 at 8am. They cahrged me for the whole week in advance plus a 400.00 security deposit and said if we returned it early they would credit back the days not used. We showed up at 8am Saturday 10-21 and they were closed!Had to drive to Enterprise on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. Dealt with Carlin who said that it was up to Enterprise on SW cutoff to credit us for the security deposit and the unused days!We are very upset! Monday I will be in contact with the manager and writing a followup review.
