Pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very well organized. Clear communication and super responsive. Didn't make us feel bad for asking lots of questions as first time home buyers. Will be recommending Erika to all our friends.

If I could give Erika 6 stars I would! She made a sale go as smoothly as possible, enlisting all sorts of professional contractors to help out and get the job done in a very short timeframe - $15,000 above asking price! She worked with us across the country, was responsive and delightful throughout the process.
