Can't speak highly enough about Erika. After review of a few different agent recommendations from friends, family, and others, we decided to move forward with Erika upon suggestion by our lender... and are so glad we did! As first-time home buyers in an area neither of us are from originally, Erika equipped us with information, resources, and confidence that made the entire process from start to finish so much smoother than we could have hoped for. She advocated for our interests at every turn, was quick to respond to our inquiries, worked exceptionally well with everybody involved, and is warm, kind, and personable. She was on top of it from start to finish--never once did my fiance and I feel alone in the process, despite everything about it being rather unfamiliar territory. BONUS: she led us through negotiations that got our very first offer accepted within a start of contract to close timeline of just 6 weeks.

If I could give Erika 6 stars I would! She made a sale go as smoothly as possible, enlisting all sorts of professional contractors to help out and get the job done in a very short timeframe - $15,000 above asking price! She worked with us across the country, was responsive and delightful throughout the process.

Erica handled the sale of our deceased brothers home in Shrewsbury, She was detailed and thorough every step of the process. She remained in constant contact with us, coordinating with the probate attys andclosing atty. As out of state sellers we were comforted by her kindness and attention to our situation. Erika Hall was a tremendous asset in our quest to purchase a home in the Worcester area: always on time to a showing, super fast response time when pinged with a question, knowledge of things that we didn't know we needed to know. We met in person, where Erika set realistic expectations and provided spot on advice. When walking a property, she led the way with a bright flashlight and inquisitive mind; her technical approach helped us understand the highlights and lowlights of a listing.
