Terrible experience. Been going here for about a year: Tran is normally a delight to speak with and be serviced by, Linda is very good at her craft but has always been unpleasant no matter how kind I try to be.
To clarify before my review: I’m very aware of the implications on health of getting my nails done. I was simply asking why and would prefer my nails to be cured as necessary, not just for sake of having it on..
I asked Linda why she kept the light to cure my nail on when there was nothing on the nail to be cured. Before I could explain the reasoning for my questioning: she proceeds to speak over me, say it doesn’t cause cancer and lie to me saying it’s not a UV light (hybrid w/LED or not) and that there are no UV lights when I showed her the same brand on my phone that shows it has UV. She then proceeds to speak in her native tongue to all in the salon including Tran and they laugh. Whether that was about me or not it felt very mean-girly and inappropriate timing. She then tells me to consider doing press-ons like on my hands.. (my friend is a talented nail tech & the only one I allow to touch my hands) I told her how rude it was to suggest I service myself in the future when I’m simply asking for the light to only be used when needed and that I’m in fact, not wearing press-ons. She speaks over me again and completely misses the point I’m trying to make about how inappropriate this interaction is. I offered to tip her on cashapp or Venmo (something I’ve normally done) to which she smugly declined and claimed she cancelled her Venmo platform.
Will never patronize this place again and suggest if you’re a black woman, you don’t also unless you want to be treated terribly by Linda.

This was my third time coming to Exotic Nails, and once again, I left feeling so happy and taken care of. Let me start by saying their spa pedicures are amazing. Your feet will be baby smooth, I mean really smooth, and the results last. My first pedicure lasted three to four weeks before I even started to notice any roughness again. That alone had me coming back!
This time, I decided to try a full set. The owner wanted to test out a new product, and I agreed. After the set was done, I honestly loved it, the design was beautiful and the shape was perfect. She also let me know that if anything happened within 7 days, she’d fix it for free, no questions asked. Sure enough, because we had tried a new product, things didn’t hold up the way either of us expected. I gave her a call the next day, and we set up a time after I got off work.
Even though I was running late due to traffic, she welcomed me in with a smile and made me feel so comfortable. She was gracious and professional the entire time. Not only did she redo my entire set at no charge, but she made it even more beautiful than the original. She explained what went wrong with the product and took her time creating a look that matched the theme of my upcoming event. The design was stunning, and I left completely satisfied.
What I love most about this salon is that they truly prioritize customer service and quality. If anything chips, breaks, or pops off, they’re ready to fix it. They don’t rush your appointment, they don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services, and they genuinely want you to leave happy. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and talented. You can tell they take pride in their work.
The atmosphere is clean and inviting, no dust, no mess, just good vibes. They’ve got music playing, movies on the TV, clean bathrooms (yes, I checked!), and a peaceful, professional energy all around. I’ve even had to cancel and reschedule before, and they were kind and flexible about it, which is rare in salons these days.
All in all, Exotic Nails is everything you want in a neighborhood nail salon: clean, reliable, friendly, flexible, and focused on quality. If you’re looking for baby-smooth feet, beautiful long-lasting nails, and good people who treat you with respect and kindness, come here.

this place was great! new to the area and got a pedicure and manicure. walked in without an appointment and had a very short wait. the lady who did it was super friendly and she did a great job. they had three people working at a time so they were able to get to all of the customers who walked in the door.

Absolutely amazing! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place! They were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of colors to choose from and designs. The shop was clean and organized nicely.

Easily my favorite nail salon. Linda and Tran are truly amazing with their nail art and can provide you anything your mind can think of. Bring in an inspo photo and they can recreate it. Been loyal for 2+years. Will not go anywhere else.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and I finally found it!! They are friendly and paid attention to detail which is very important to me. as you know sometimes people can misshaped your nails And try to get you done quickly to get to the next customer, and they didn’t do that there. They paid great attention to detail and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving I highly recommend !

I went 2 weeks ago for pedicure and Linda took her time with doing it thoroughly! She did an amazing job. I went back for a deep manicure because my nails have become very brittle and now ruined and I told her my concerns and even though it was just a regular manicure, she went above and beyond to make them look normal and beyond amazing compared to how they were. She also provided advice and products for purchase to help with the nail repair. I have found my nail place and can't wait to bring my mom and friends here. Amazing customer service and clean!!

The staff are awesome, they are kind, respectful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my first experience at exotic nails but the reason i did not give 5 stars is that within the first week, the gel started to chip away( see pics) i been using gloves when i clean but still they did not even last a week! The staff are really nice but the quality of the work is disappointing, i was planning to go back but now i probably wont since i spent alot of money but i am not happy with the quality..
