Absolutely amazing job every single time. I have never had an issue here and the work put into their nail work is a true work of art. I have been coming here for over 7 years now and I recommend this place to everyone because the work is phenomenal. The attention to detail is incredible and I have never been happier with my nails than I have being a client here. People who I’ve seen complain are people who don’t speak up about what they like and don’t like. The nail techs are not mind readers and genuinely want to help make your nail vision come to life. 5 stars all around!! Everyone should visit this establishment and see the amazing work done here.

Absolutely horrible had to go get them re done at a different place. Looked like a 2 year old did it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems they like to pick favorites.

I've loved that place since I found it. The only thing I don't like is that one of the girls damages your natural nails under the acrylic. But after that, everything's fine.

Beyond disgusted by this place. I called to make an appointment for 12:45 I get there and they have me waiting which I’m fine with if its a few minutes but I waited HALF HOUR some of that time in the pedicure chair because they lied saying 2 mins when it was much more. On top of that I wasn’t allowed to leave unless I tipped the woman already was making it seem like I wasn’t going to pay, was rude to me the whole time while I was there seeming annoyed to service me. As a black woman I feel targeted that I was treated this way as no one else was pressured to tip and with eyes on me at this point since the woman kept making a big deal that I tip I felt I had no other choice but to.

The lady I had didn’t do a very good job with my nails and I had to ask several times for an oval shape and she kept giving me square. It was over a 2 hour appointment just for acrylics and gel polish. Someone else had to jump in and shape them. She was very rough with me and was getting angry. I felt really uncomfortable to the point I actually was in tears. It was not a good experience. When she polished my nails she didn’t go to the beds of my nails- instead polished as if it looked like I needed a fill. The picture below is only from 4 days ago. This was a horrible experience in my opinion. Will not be back.

i was charged $75 for this overlay and nail removal. and was charged for tips that were removed??

Thank you so much for helping me today. I had gone somewhere else and received a horrible outcome. J'Adore Nail Studio was not only able to fix the problem, they gave me an amazing result! Thank you all so much for a fabulous experience. I couldn't be happier!

Prices are not consistent! Today would be my last day going to this nail salon. I was charge more than usual for the same thing and when I asked why? I was told ohhh because prices went up. Meaning, if I did not notice that I was getting charged more, I would not know that I was being up-charged, Without any warning or any signs Indicating to customers that prices were gonna be going up or have gone up. I find it very unprofessional that prices are not consistent. I love getting my nails done with julia but not happy about what happened today. Prices should be fair across-the-board for everybody and a set price. Prices shouldn’t vary based your personal preference. Over charged 15 dollars.
