I don't know if they have anything to do with delivery, but the delivery drivers are incompetent. 2 days in a row, they went to the wrong place. So I've lost 2 day and my child's birthday waiting for them. I didn't order through FedEx, but I will surely make sure I never use them again. The driver do not read the instructions and do whatever they want.
