I went in today to get some information that was desperately needed. The front desk customer service rep was outstanding. John Morgan did his due diligence to help me and my fiancée with an issue we had, and he was nothing less than helpful, polite, and a true professional.

Was going to open an account at this branch, but walked out. Some witch with a capital B let out a huge sigh of disgust when I showed her a certain state issued form of id. Ended opening an account with another bank that has better customer service.

I am very disappointed with fidelity they did me wrong and this is unacceptable. I called to verify some fees and the rep i spoke to was clear and told me there would not be any charges. I get my invoice today and there was a very large fee. I have been with them for a long time and will be closing my account today. DO NOT RECOMMEND OPENING VAN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.

This atm swallowed my card and went out of order. There's no number to even call incase it ever happens. If you want your card gone this is the place to go.
