This place is horrible. If you have a non-addiction mental health issue, you will be lumped with drug addicts. You will be treated like a scum of the earth. The staff here are rude, and I once even overheard one of them say "oh no, it's that time of day, the drug addicts have come to roost." How can any healthcare worker treat people like that? The last time I was here, one of the staff implied I was being an annoyance to them because I arrived 5 minutes before their lunchtime (by the way, they don't post their lunchtimes anywhere).I will not be coming here anymore. I would rather risk not being able to get my medication to find another more welcoming, non-judgmental pharmacy than come here. Everyone with mental health issues deserves treatment no matter their place in life.

I Absolutely loved Genoa pharmacy, the staff was always nice and friendly and would help you out… That is up until I went to pick up my prescriptions that I need to function today, Saturday 06/10 and there was a piece of paper taped to the door announcing “effective immediately we will be closed Saturday’s and Sunday’s” well isn’t that just great considering they didn’t bother letting us know…No phone call, no email, no mention to people when they picked up their scripts the month before, heck even the website still states they’re open on weekends…even here on Google! There’s now a voicemail telling the hours M-F 9am-5pm but since they always answered the phone when I’ve called, I didn’t hear the new message! They specialize in psychiatric medicine and I feel that’s a dangerous game to play with patients…leaving people without medication for a few days ??♀️ back to CVS it is for me until I can find a reliable pharmacy.

My wife got blood taken at the Quest Labs and it was open, welcoming, and when I see them again I shall extend my gratitude and show my appreciation for going above and beyond. The man who took her blood was very kind, caring, gentle, and happy.
