Found leaking tire due to nail while traveling from Rutland through Worcester. A local man recommended Gerardi's. We drove in and the mechanic came out, confirmed the leak, removed the nail and plugged the tire. We were in and out and on our way in 15 minutes. The mechanic was very pleasant, helpful and professional. We were impressed with this service and highly recommend Gerardi's.

I've been here twice for routine maintenance, and both times were relatively quick.
The first time was for a state inspection, and I was only there for about 30 minutes. They only accept cash for the inspections, but they do offer an ATM inside. I believe the charge on my card was $2.50 for using an out of network ATM.
The second time was for an oil change. I dropped off my car in the morning around 9:30 without an appointment. They told me about an hour for them to get it done, so I walked to the dunkin' that's about a 2 minute walk. They called me a little after an hour had passed. The cost was about $99 for full synthetic oil change, which is similar to other nearby garages.
The employees I've dealt with have been nice and informative while being straightforward with me, which I appreciate.

I moved to Worcester in 2008, and have brought my car here ever since on my neighbor’s recommendation. I’ve always been very happy with their work. I feel they are very trustworthy.
