I do not recommend this company. They replaced the new glass with a new one without warning about it. It turned out that before their arrival, another company replaced my glass and they saw that the glass had just been replaced. The glue had not even dried. And they also left behind glue stains in the interior and damaged the trim.

I am very disappointed with the booking error. I was very busy, and they made a mistake with me. I rushed to the apartment, and when I got there I couldn't be seen at my scheduled time. I need to change the car's suspension by tomorrow, but they scheduled me for 2 days. I went to have my car inspected now and they said it won't fit with the cracked glass. All of this happened because they weren't honest enough to say there was no spot :(

Share experience ! I called to Office to schedule to the replacement of my windshield. They gave me the next day appointment next day They called me and said the glass was broken so we gonna be rescheduling for Friday morning again Friday morning they call me and said again the glass is broken again they schedule me for next week of Tuesday again and again they do the same thing. The glass was broken and then they told me that now I’m going to schedule for Friday morning horrible experience and horrible service. Do not trust these. I trust them from 10 days. I didn’t get the solutions when I called them to office with ride they said we going to schedule for Friday if you want you can go to other!

I had to put in my number for a quote. I have gotten 3-5 texts and voicemails a day from them. This is so obnoxious, and I can't get it to stop.

Absolutely awful experience. Was quoted $890 to replace my windshield. The new windshield was damaged and when they called me telling me they had to order a new one from the dealer they had the audacity to charge me $3,300. No effort to help figure this out what so ever.

Went there last year and it was a horrible experience. The staff is rude and they are not bothered about their customers. The first time their technician was unable to caliber my lane assist system so had to go there again and he was still unable to fix it. They wasted a total of 12 hours of mine. I had to eventually go to my dealer and get it fixed. I had to get in touch with my insurance and let them know what happened so that a new claim could be started. Do not go to them.

I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing. He arrived exactly when he said he would, made sure I was happy with the work and was incredibly kind and professional throughout. I would 1000% recommend this company and will refer all of my friends and family to them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have a brand new car that needed a windshield replacement and recalibration. The tech replaced the Windshield but couldn't recalibrate it because he said they don't have the 2022 software. Took the car to Bmw only to discover he broke the pins to the camera unit and now the whole thing needs to be replaced! He didn't even tell me he broke it. Now we need them to play the 2,388.78 to Bmw to replace the unit. Don't use glass America. Should have used Safelite but was told by Bmw to use glass America.
