I would give 5 stars, but sincerely, when Benny is not there I don't like it. He is the only one that takes the time to sprayed the whole car. I don't think the other employees like seeing SUVs coming through. Thank you Benny because you always have a smile when delivering the service.

Constantly closed when they should be open. It’s usually because the worker wants to smoke. I literally saw him smoking, sitting down. He told me they were closed, and sent me to another location. They It was 7 pm they don’t close till 8pm that day.

Benny at Golden Nozzle on Lincoln Street in Worcester is very professional and helpful always. Always a pleasure getting my truck washed there. Great quality wash and amazing service.

Staff at Car Wash was kind But unfortunately, this car wash broke my passenger side mirror And there corporate office refuse to pay for it mirror was totally fine when I got there they even saw it on camera literally after coming out of car wash and attempting to dry my car with a rag I noticed a broken mirror made my report and now I’m on the hook for this mirror that they broke I would not recommend this car wash whatsoever. Definitely go to Ernie’s or any touchless car wash, but they are known for doing this according to conversations I’ve had with others

5 stars for Golden Nozzle’s customer service. At the car wash, I was incidentally charged for 2 monthly plans simultaneously. I reached out to customer service and heard back from them shortly thereafter. A representative named Ramon L. said it was an issue with the system. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. My issue was fixed within minutes.

My car came out with soap suds still on the car. On top of that, the attendant would not stop trying to sell me a membership despite. Why would I want a membership for a sub-par car wash that still leaves soap residue on my car?

Today I stop by the car wash with my kids, which is something they love to do take an adventure through the car wash tunnel as we listen to music. The car always comes out phenomenal!!!! I would just like to give a 5 star rating to the manager Benny, who is always kind and smiling when we go through the wash.
