I’ve been using this car wash with my monthly pass, which allows me to get a wash every day, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The equipment is always well-maintained, and my car consistently comes out looking spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance, and the whole process is quick and convenient. It’s a great value for the price, and I really appreciate how clean and well-run the facility is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality car wash experience!

2 stars because it is cheap that’s about it. Their washes leave the car dirty because they don’t
clean the equipment. My mirrors were always folded in at the end and the front license plate always got all jacked up. plus whatever they are using leaves a greasy film on the car. recently I had gotten a replacement credit card that wasn’t on file and I didn’t have it with me and the man that works there (I don’t know his name but he needs dental work) treated me like an idiot criminal and put on this whole ordeal in front of a line of customers. shut down the wash and told me to come back with my new card. This is the dollar tree of car washes. Probably does more damage than good.

Buyers beware of this car wash their equipment is shorty and never fixed if your car gets scratched they will deny it they will say we looked at the video footage and we couldn't do anything or see anything beware buyers beware do not waste your money there anymore look at your car when it comes out guaranteed to be scratched Go somewhere else.

The employee that was washing my car on 9/27/23 at 11:40 on Grove St was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to talk to the manager, he didn't want me to connect me to anyone. You guys needs to spend more time training your employee how to talk to people. I decided to take my business somewhere else.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!By far the worst customer service ever. Assistant manager rudely called my mother who was a loyal member a scammer for asking about a promotion. This whole company is unorganized and potentially a scam as they charged us double for each service and told us that they “don’t do refunds”. I do not care if this is a convenient stop for your regular wash, literally go anywhere else but these people.

I purchased the $17 car wash from this location. The staff was very friendly, but the wash itself left much to be desired. I've used cheaper automated car washes had much better results. It cleaned a large portion of my vehicle, but left a significant amount of dirt on each panel. The tailgate didn't seem like it had been cleaned at all. I get that it's not a one size fits all and results may vary depending on the vehicle, but if you have a small truck, consider other options for your money.

The one in lincoln st way better on actually cleaning your car, the staff are nice and helpful, but the machines dont clean the car good, there is little soap and the dryers barely dry the car

The new assistant manager knows his job! Seems very knowledgeable. Been getting my car washed for a while and he must be doing something right from going to an employee right to management ! Kudos
