Peter the sales manager was nice and the service was OK! But another guy who was workshop manager wasn't nice! He was in the office at the time that I was waiting for service! I don't recommend there if you expect a respectful behavior. Also, they only replace 1 rear tire without telling me that I need to replace both rear tire. I had to replace both tire fairly quickly then.

Great facility. I am a first time GoodYear Customer and I was blown away by the quality of service provided to me. The gentleman that I spoke with over the phone was able to squeeze me in last minute (thank you!). Check in was a quick and easy process. Amy assisted me with my checkout process and she was beyond amazing! She was so pleasant to work with, took her time going over everything with me and answered all of my questions. This will not be my last time going back!
(Also, the lobby was very clean!)

I scheduled a brake job over the phone which i stated "I have all the brake parts needed for the job, i just need them installed". Goodyear said fine and scheduled me in for 10/12/2024. when i show up they said they didn't install customer provided brakes and asked me "Did you actually speak to a human when you made the call?" i just scoffed and walked out, pretty pathetic service policies and customer service.

Twice now I've booked an appointment online and when I take my car in the guy at the front says, nope sorry we didn't actually have an appointment. Don't waste your time with this place.

Gary, Amy, and Trenton are the most personable and kind employees that run the best local tire business in Worcester! I went when I desperately needed a new tire. The next day I had to travel far for a a very important doctor’s appointment. They understood that “life happens” and diligently did impeccable work on a stormy day. I love this local gem!

Trash customer service.... I called earlier to schedule a tires change I gave him all my info then we reached to a great conclusion and the time to show up..... I show up and stand in line (3 people ahead) the old guy was rude to everyone standing in line asking people to just leave if they didn't schedule anything...... I get to my turn.... told him everything suddenly the tires are not the right tire.... or your car is too heavy you may need better tires...... that old dude was annoying as hell, I'll be sure to update this comment with his name. The stupid part was they had already set my tires aside and ready for install but he was trying to say they won't work/ fit.... / your car is too heavy bullcrap.

Aww man I luv these ppl over here. They are ALWAYS polite ALWAYS smiling ALWAYS helpful. Sometimes it's the little things. They don't act like ur getting on their nerves the second you walk thru the door. I've NEVER had an issue or anything close to it here. Appointments easy to make and ALWAYS on time ALOT OF times done EARLY and PERFECTLY. So I really like these ppl here. Only thing is they never let me grab them any coffee or McDonald's. So THATS really the only issues I ever had there. Good ppl GREAT shop.

I had a great experience at Goodyear on Grafton St in Worc. Amanda took my call and got me an appointment within an hour and a half. I had a slow leak in one of my Goodyear run flat tires. Although it took considerable time to diagnose, they determined the root cause and took immediate corrective action. The valve stem had loosened slightly from the rim, allowing air to be released. Hats off to the technician, Valentine R, who checked all other stems and tightened appropriately. Took great care in tightening/torquing the lug nuts to exact Mercedes specifications as well as bringing all other tires up to factory recommended air pressures. He called over another tech to double check that the lug nuts were torqued properly. He even washed his hands prior to getting back into my vehicle, as the interior is light in color. When I went to pay Amanda said there was no charge. I was shocked! Overall, could not be happier with the level of professionalism showed from arrival to departure. I will certainly be back for all my future tire needs.

Had 4 new tires put on car and soon after I drove off, I lost one hub cap. I went back and spoke to Gary and he offered to pay for 4 new hub caps for my car and did not charge me. This was above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Gary has super customer service! I would highly recommend this place.

After today, I won't be coming back to Good Year Auto Service at Grafton ST in Worcester anymore. The cashier Amanda Marin is rude and disrespectful. She was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes at me just because I was asking her a question about my bills and her trying to charge me extra money to get other things fixed in my car. This woman has no customer service skills with that red hair and ugly dimples piercing. She lies saying I need to get my brakes fixed and other things so she can charge me more money. Her customer service skills are horrible. They need to train her.

I had help from Peter on grafton street.He went the extra mile. And he came outside and looked at my Goodyear tires and helped with a lock key for my rim.Im so thankful to peter

We had an emergency (screw in tire with leak) far from home and every other tire place was closed. We arrived at Goodyear right at closing (after calling ahead) and the manager was kind enough to stay late and patch our tire. We encountered several employees while we waited and everyone was so friendly and understanding. We had seven people in our minivan, including three children, and it was so refreshing to find a business that really cares about it's customers and was willing to help in our moment of need. Thank you all, we so appreciate you!!

Made an appointment for brake pads. Came in and was told that they don’t have a brakes repair person working, even though I had an appointment. He says that computers don’t know how to staff, he does. Apparently on Saturdays they don’t do brakes.
