I've even come to him before with just an idea of what I might be looking for and he's been able to steer me in the right direction and make helpful suggestions of products which will fit my specific need.Most recently, someone at my organization had to partake in a last-minute press conference and needed a large sign/poster board with a project blueprint on it. I called Simon in a panic to see if he could help--especially since we were only giving him about 42 hours' notice. Not only did he agree to do the project on an expedited timeline for us, but he even delivered EARLIER than needed. We are SO appreciative of his flexibility--we were truly in a pinch.
