Hozman worked with my husband and me to purchase our 2017 Volvo XC60. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. We recognized that he was trustworthy, unlike any other dealership I've used in the past. In spite of delays obtaining the title, held off site, he and Douglas (the owner of this dealership) did everything they could to make sure we were able to pick up our car today.
