I give Guertin’s a one star review reason’s why!! Right from the start there was a 3week delay on receiving the garments also they don’t call you back. Then I had to change the color from burgundy to navy blue and the navy blue sweatshirts I received looks black. The topper was they ordered the wrong size shirts after such a long wait.I spent $700.00 on garment’s and they came in late, I don’t like the color of the Navy/Black sweatshirts and they ordered the wrong size shirts and not once did they offer a discount!!

My first experience at Guertin Graphics was great! A short run of embroidery, the order was delivered when promised and the quality of work was exceptional. I own 2 business in Worcester and will be returning for staff, retail and promotional items. Great to have such a reliable business in downtown Worcester.

Recently parked in guertins lots for Woo Sox game. Was being run by a rude individual whoHas no business dealing with the public. He literally had us park 6 inches from the next car and having someone handicap and kids with me, it would have been more of an issue to relocate as he told me too. When I told him the car next me just hit my car, his response was...who cares, leave. Really. Never again and you shouldn't either.
