employees are friendly but two times now, my gift cards have suddenly had $0.00 on them after being used one time for a small purchase. unsure where in the system is stealing my money, but i dont appreciate losing $10+ at a time.

I bought a JUUL battery from this place but I found out I didn't need it. Now, this is a place I buy from often. I tried to exchange it for some JUUL pods and pay the difference, but the manager would not do it, even though the package had not even been opened. They didn't stand to lose anything, yet he refused. I love how these businesses look out for their loyal customers.

I love going to the gulf station on park Ave called chop chop I will say the business has the most friendly and honest and professional and respectful employees that work there but I am not to impressed with the manager that I personally had some bad attitude and his professional skills because I am a loyal customer who plays lottery mutable times a day and I love the coffee I can tell for instance one of the most ridiculous encounters I had with the manager I used a extra cup to mix my two coffees and he came up to me and said that I can't come back in store because of that pitiful extra cup this not the only encounter I have had and I can recall the same manager having disrespectful conversations with other patrons thank you for reading maybe he will change his manners around customers again thank you to all other employees at the gulf gas station on park Ave

It's a gas station and convenience store . The convenience store is tiny inside , People continually bumping into each other . The staff is not all that friendly .
