Anytime Fitness on Shrewsbury Street is hands down one of the best-run gyms around. The equipment selection is excellent—everything you need and more for a solid workout, no matter your goals.
Dave keeps the place absolutely spotless—you can tell he takes pride in making sure the gym is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Rick is always around to offer helpful suggestions on workouts or exercises, which makes a huge difference whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your training.
And Gary truly sets the tone for the entire place. He genuinely cares about both his members and his staff, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. If there’s something that will improve the gym and it’s reasonable, he’s not afraid to invest in it—and that shows.

“We are just finishing our first season on a Spirit Central All Star Cheer team and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Expectations for each cheer level are clearly laid out before the season begins as well as important dates and the financial commitment. The staff is very responsive to the concerns of athletes and parents. Children are treated fairly and there is zero tolerance for bullying and negativity. Competitions were fun, and all teams were well prepared and excelled at every comp I attended.”

“The best Crunch Fitness in Worcester by far. A wide range of equipment and redundancy - which is fantastic. The patrons are actually working out and not on their phones strengthening their thumbs. No stupid tripods to be wary of from “influencers”. The staff are very friendly, professional, and keep the gym clean.
My only complaint is the constant leak from the ceiling. You can bet your sweet candy yams that somewhere in the gym there’s a leak from the ceiling, especially at the entrance of the men’s locker room. Aside from that, this iron paradise is the place to be to make the muscles beg for mercy.”
