My complaint is with the service department. I first took my car in a couple of weeks ago to get an oil change and due to some concerns with the vehicle . I had 3 problems with the car. The first being that the back handle on the hatch was broken and it continuously popped apart. The next being that my back up camera sensor did not make sound and the third being loud rattle sound coming from my air conditioner. I was given an appointment for 7:30 am on today 10/23. I brought the car in and during check in the service advisor went out to the car. He opened the hatch and snap the handle back in place. He then called me to the car, to tell me that the handle just snapped out of place and he snapped it back. I explained to him, that it will not stay Over the long term. he then pulled on the handle to prove that it was going to stay in place. I told him that it would not. Mr service advisor turned fake Mr Fit It, don't you think I have snapped that handle into place a few time before even bringing it to your attention. He then told me that my car did not have sensor that why they did not sound, he states that they are not visible on the bumper. So I question as to why I was told told to bring the car back to do a diagnostic as to why the sound wasn't working if I did not have that feature. I posed this question to the previous service advisor that had helped me a couple of weeks prior. She stated that when they looked up VIN. the car did not have the feature. My question then became then why did you not look up the VIN when I first brought you the complaint? i received no answer, however you did look up that warranty . I assured them that I had driven that car for 2 years and it did make sound but conceded to accept their answer. Then service advisor turned Fake Mr Fix It states that there was not problem with my a/c and explained that my vent was partially close. I acknowledged knowing this because I was the one that closed it, but of course no diagnostic because the sound could not be duplicated. Now the last time I check, the reason for diagnostic was to try to find the problem, but not at Harr Service, apparently they go by sounds and snapping broken pieces back in place to fix problem. Now comes Mr High and Mighty Service Manager to do nothing. He had me wondering why manager was behind his title. He could not manager anything, so on the attack he goes and asks me "why I am yelling.". I explained the difference between yelling and having stern tone . His reply , "you are yelling". Ok Mr High and Mighty Service Manager turn now expert in behavior and yelling. Then Mr Service Manager asked me what I wanted him to do. Well he should have been able to answer his own question but I told him, hey how about you replace that hatch handle that your service advisor just snapped back into place. How about you perform a real diagnostic on the car. How about you Manage something like your title suggest. How about you just do right by your customer. How about you carry yourself in a way that make your company shine. How about you tell your service advisor to give out accurate information. How about you tell your service adviser that snapping things back into place is not a fix. I could go on and on but it's not my job to help them be the best they can be . If only the service department was gas good as the sales department. This would be a great business. Harr you should thank your sales department everyday because your service department is a real mess. By the way , this is not about money. My car is till under warranty and only has 25,093 miles on it.

So, from my experience this dealership is awful. I brought my 2007 dodge caliber here to fix a recall. They told me there was nothing wrong with the frame and a few months later my entire rear end hit the ground while I was driving causing extreme safety issues while driving with my elderly mother. Not only was this experience scary for me but it also created a lot of distress for me. They told me that it was fine and clearly it was not. I give this dealership a very bad review for trying to keep their customers safe on the road.

We worked with Andrew and it was a terrific experience. He had a knowledgeable and honest demeanor. We had spoke to some other Jeep dealers over phone and text, but he was the most direct in answering our questions over those mediums. Highly recommend anyone to work with him.

This bar far was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!!! Luis was the best!! He deserves an award for best salesman! He helped us every step of the way. He answered all questions we asked with great knowledge. Even after picking the new car up he continued to stay in touch offering his time if there was anything we needed to know about our Jeep. Hands down the best salesman!

Professional and knowledgeable staff without the pressure and stress of hardcore sales tactics. I feel like I got a fair price and I love my new Jeep! I also love the service perks with this dealer. I’ll definitely return when it’s time for another car!

I spent the time to be concise and exceptionally clear on our absolute non-negotiable requirements for a new truck.I received an email from them with a truck that was no where near what we needed. If a dealership cannot be more responsible for their recommendations than that, then I have no interest in working with them.This is a harsh review but I believe it to be fair. There are far too many dealerships out there to be bothered with one who flagrantly responds with unsuitable vehicles, who cannot be bothered to take even a few minutes to match inventory against the short list (8 items) that I titled "won't even consider a truck not matching this whole list".If others offer a favorable review for Harr, then I am pleased that they had a better experience than I did! But personally I will never work with someone who cant put minimal effort in, especially for such a huge purchase as this. Even if they had managed to turn the situation around (a manager did try), I am sure that those initial emails from them were a perfect indicator of how they run their business and think of their customers.

I would definitely recommend Harr on gold star Blvd in Worcester. This is my second lease through them and I can’t say enough! My husband just brought his own new vehicle because of my experience! Thank you so much! And I don’t believe I will going anywhere else when my lease is due!! And, I really love how they contact you when maintenance is due cause I’m not the best at that! Geri, and Adrian thank you!!!! I even went and found my first jeep in the lot to say goodbye cause of all the great memories it brought to me! Looking forward to more great memories with my new Hybrid Jeep that I’m definitely going to have to read the manual about! Thank you Harr!! And everyone that works there!!! ❤️

The cost of a "free estimate" at Harr Jeep appears to currently be $84.98. They list free estimates as one of the many dealer amenities in the service section of their website. Decided to schedule an appointment to get some brake work quoted. My wife brought our vehicle in and they proceeded to inspect it and come back with a quote that is more than we had anticipated for a vehicle with 30,000 miles on it. She thanked them for taking the time to look over our Vehicle and said we let them know if we decide to move forward with their quote. At this point in time they said ok that will be $84.98 please. Honestly, the most expensive free quote I have ever come across. I guess they figure when you see their actual quote $84.98 will probably feel like nothing in comparison, and nothing is like free. If you'd like to deal with a company which has no problem using deceptive business practices, Harr is the place for you. If you're looking for a company will stand behind their claims I suggest you look elsewhere. Don't go trying to inquire as to the exorbitant cost of their free estimate as their phones can only make outbound calls when they think you will be purchasing something from them. Perhaps a complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office might possibly help get their outbound calling rectified.

Liz and Danyelle were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us make sure we got the best fit and the best deal on a car. They answered every single question and worry.
