Stopped by to pick up an order of floor mats... only needed a driver one, but you have to buy a set, unfortunately.
Got an oil filter element with a free oil drain plug washer, not $6! It's cheaper than the same one at Walmart.

Horrible dealership. Would not suggest them to my worst enemy. Sell you a lemon and make you fight to get your money back. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop local. Try Quirk, Boch or even Werner in New Hampshire. It is a shame when you do not listen to your grandfather and father about a dealership. Please do your research and do not get taken advantage. Maybe it's you next who has to come up with your own money out of your pocket for a work truck so you can make sure your workers can get to work and support their families.

Danyelle was very diligent, professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ve been to many dealerships and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle. Haggle free and a great experience, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend to anyone buying a vehicle.

Best experience I've had so far at any dealership. I was helped by a very nice woman named Lulu, you can tell she loves her job and really wants to help everyone get the best deal. Mike Liu and lulu were very nice and gave great advice when it came to buying a new car. I would definitely recommend coming in and asking for their help. Mike Liu is a very great manager from what I can see and they make a good team.

I came to pick up an online order of pink antifreeze for my Sienna. A gentleman who works there was standing outside and asked if i needed help: He directed me right to the parts counter. Within about a minute, an employee came out and got my order for me. Quick and painless. Thank you, Harr, for your speedy help.

the other day we contacted your dealership to inquire about the availability of a Jeep, which we were interested in purchasing. Cash in hand . During the call, we were assured by a representative that the vehicle was still available and was informed that Iwe should ask for JC when we arrived. even provided my name and number to ensure the vehicle would be set aside for us. explained that we was coming from out of town and I would be there in an hour.
we then proceeded to drive approximately 1.5 hours to your location, only to arrive and be told by the salesperson that the Jeep had already been sold. This occurred after we had explicitly confirmed the vehicle's availability, and was given no prior indication that it was no longer on the lot. To say was angry would be an understatement we were was shocked by this blatant misrepresentation. Bait and switch Tactic.
I understand that inventory can change, but to lie about a vehicle’s availability after a customer has taken the time to contact the dealership, travel a significant distance, and express interest in a specific vehicle is not only unethical but also an appalling way to conduct business. we was then asked if we would be interested in looking at other vehicles, which, frankly, was insulting. There is no way we would consider purchasing anything from your dealership after being treated in such a deceptive and unprofessional manner. If you are willing to mislead potential customers about the availability of a vehicle, it calls into question the integrity of the entire sales process
To make matters worse you had an employee follow up with me about the jeep 3 days later !

Stop pulling my credit for car loans. I have no interest in buying a car and I am tired of getting letters about this company trying to get me pre-approved for a loan when I have never contacted them. That certainly is a creative way to make sure I will never buy a car from these people.

This Harr coalition center is a rip off place. I had a scratch on my truck and they told me to get an estimate for the work, I need to pay $50 and the estimate would be emailed to me by the end of the day but I never got the email. Total rip off and unprofessionalism
