Don't go to that place. They are SCAMMERS. They wanted to charge me $150.00 for an oil change. At other Toyota dealerships, this is $100 or even less.

I just want to say thank you so much, Mia, for truly putting in the effort during the first days of getting my car. I noticed how hard you were working, and I apologize for how I acted before—I was being picky and didn’t fully understand how challenging my situation was. You were so patient with me and my mother during the five days we were there, making sure we were comfortable and understood all the paperwork and everything else. I was shocked by the lack of accountability for their mistakes and lack of resourcefulness to resolve customer issues. I bought new tires from Harr and I was verbally told they came with a lifetime warranty (anything happens, they replace). Turns out it’s actually only 2 years with a lifetime of free rotations. Nothing given in writing! My mistake!
Don’t bother price matching. They only price match with tire companies they’re affiliated with. I found the tires I wanted for $200 less each, and received the bad news. The tech offered me $70 off per tire. During checkout I was told it was only $70 for all 4 tires.
Then bad turns to even worse when my front passenger tire blew on the highway after less than 30 miles on the NEW tires! That whole story is a mess and long, but it was towed to Harr for them to fix. They “fixed” it quickly BUT I never got more than 20 miles again and the exact same tire blew, again!!! Tow truck experience one more time.
I’m obviously steaming upset, but kept my cool. The service manager, Jon Prickett did nothing to resolve or help. I had to ask for a rental (they paid for but I was not offered). Jon is a coward because when I came to pick up my truck from them again he would not come out and talk to me. He hid in his office while the SVC tech tried to resolve. His staff were all good people. I liked them all, but he holds all the power to resolve an upset customer and he shied away from the conflict.
I was offered 2 free oil changes (by the tech) after spending $1900 on new tires and experienced a horrible service nightmare. Thanks for the oil changes! When that’s done maybe Dodge wants a new customer for life.
I’m on my 3rd truck with Harr, I’ve helped family buy 4 other vehicles from them, and my sister has leased numerous cars with them. They don’t care. So why stay loyal?

I had such outstanding customer service, and the sales team of Yaharia, Tyler was amazing. From the appraisal to what I was looking and what I wanted in a pre owned vehicle. They hit all my wants and more I left with a new car and a smile on my face. I had such a great experience from start to finish! Sabrina made everything so easy and completely stress-free. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every step. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. The finance guy Justin also made it easy. He was upfront about pricing, options, and financing — no surprises, no pressure. It’s rare to find people this honest and helpful in the car business. my Birthday is a couple of days, so I went to Harr Toyota for just my regular car maintenance and I met Zack Corrente. omg, smiling extremely professional , as we are talking I said i want to trade my 2024 toyota for a 2025. without hesitation he set me up with Derek from sales he came to me with an open arm making me feel at home, after introduce himself , he put me with Sabrina, with her my experience went above and beyond, and the whole team from Zack, Derek and Sabrina . I drove home same day with a bring new Toyota 2025 with 6 mileage on it. I could not be happier, the make the process so easy and professional, keep coming and checking on me, making sure I was ok or if i have any questions. Seriously, Harr Toyota need more people like Sabrina, Derek and Zack thank you so much and I will refer you guys without hesitation to anyone

I worked with the product specialist Jake and I can’t say enough good things about his expertise and his willingness to work with me and answer the plethora of calls I have made over the process. He made the whole experience a breeze and worked through all the snags that I ran into throughout. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help and willingness to work with me on buying a car.

Sabrina Allsopp start to finish , took the time to listen to my individual needs and advocate for me when waiting to purchase the right vehicle for me and my kids. This meant a lot to me and, equally as important; she delivered on her promises. Derek also took interest and time and helped with the deal 🤝 too. Their willingness to work with my family needs and make sure I was accommodated for my time and energy is a testament to the customer service. Sabrina start to finish again followed up with me , before , during and after the sale to make sure things went smoothly. In the face of a challenge with timing and service parts for some customs to be done with the sale, again they followed through and gave me the customer service necessary to make it right. I highly recommend Sabrina to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at Harr.
