I hated dealing with them so much, I left. 1st they lose my granddaughters savings account, taking $10.00 a month out because they couldn't contact me. THAT account had same SSN and address as my other 3, buy apparently they were too lazy to check that, or to d*** to know how to. Now they make ME write to THEM to tell THEM I do not want them sharing MY INFORMATION with other Marketing companies!!! I thought Credit Unions were for the little people, but here they are selling us out!!! I left and went to another, BETTER Credit Union.

I got an auto loan with IC through a dealership, and en up opening a checking account with them. I had a bump with a promotion offered when I first opened the account they resolved it for me. The employees are always courteous and professional ( shout out to Matt Kilcoyne) in Worcester. Great options for veterans as well.

I wish I could write a better review because both the Matt's that work at this location are amazing men who always help me whenever I'm withdrawing, depositing, or just have questions. I'm always in and out within minutes. However, my visit less than 5 minutes ago was nothing short of absolutely disgusting. I went through the drive thru, as I normally do to withdrawal money and was told by Diane that because my license was expired and I cut my hair there was an issue. Completely forgetting that my license was expired I handed her my temporary license that I had just gotten. I laughed because I thought she was joking, but let me tell you how cutting my hair and going lighter resulted in "you do understand this looks nothing like you because you cut your hair and your wearing glasses, right ?" As everyone may know they make these things call contact lens and when I took my picture for my drivers license I was told to remove my glasses and if she read the back of any drivers license she would know it tells the person restrictions, in my case corrective lenses. I pulled into a parking spot and went into the bank where now the new issue was my address was recently changed online BY MYSELF. Again, you have a residential address and a billing address it's not against any law. I had called corporate to make an excuse because was the issue really my hair cut ? If my iPhone can still unlock my phone with my new hair cut you'd think an actual person could see it's still me. After calling corporate and making a complaint I was told by that manager "that fraud is really high." While I'm on the phone with corporate Diane proceeded to walk over to me, stand over me and continue to speak over me as I'm on the phone and telling her "I'm on the phone." I love that the bank teller seen the little brown girl and now she MUST be fraud . I'll be looking for a new bank . Completely unprofessional and overall such a disappointing experience especially with a bank I've been with for two plus years.

I always have a checking and savings account at one bank. I put most of my money in my savings and when a check/debit comes in I can just make a simple transfer. I just opened both accounts here and if the money isn't in your checking account they will charge you 30. Even if you have it and transfer it the same day!!! They don't care. They said it's ‘live'. Whatever that means. I never heard of such a policy. I will be closing my accounts as I cannot live under that regime. I don't make much money so 30 bucks is a lot. I don't like to keep all my money in my checking as it's easier to spend it. I have a lot of debits and can't keep track of them all so it's easier to transfer the funds. I wish I had known this prior to opening my accounts

We just got the mortgage for our new house after having IC for our previous mortgage. My husband was the sole owner of our previous house so I had never experienced the mortgage process before. DawnMarie, Hillary, Sara and their team were incredible. They were responsive and answered all my questions and made getting a mortgage seem downright simple. We don't plan on buying a new house anytime soon, but if we did we'd be using IC again for sure.
