Genuinely one of the best worker-customer interactions I've had! Currently a college student who was running errands and my car broke down in a parking lot, so I filed through my AAA app and it said it would take 3 hrs for someone to come. Jonathan called me within 10 minutes and went out of his way to help me before his lunch break that was 20 minutes after that call. When he got there, he took the time to listen and ask me some questions about my car, then efficiently checked it. While being super honest and not trying to oversell on things I didn't need, he took the time to explain and show me what went wrong in my car, and gave me options as to what I could do. With that he replaced my battery within 10 minutes and gave me some referrals to good shops, and was overall just a really nice guy! Props to Jonathan, great worker and person who made my day!”

HANOVER has been great for me, NOT a huge increase each year like the others. Spoke to an agent at HANOVER, about a phone payment, somehow I got her instead of automated phone payment.
