Zero stars. After two failed water heater installs, the third was removed from my basement today. Upon going downstairs I see a trail of rusty water trail on the floor leading to the stairs leading out through the bulkhead. I approached the technician nicely and asked him why he didn't take proper measure in covering the floor and he rudely explained to me that I had an unfinished basement and that it shouldn't be a concern - in a real nasty manner. Well, things escalated quickly and he was asked to leave. To my understanding this wasn't the first time with this guy at other peoples houses(grey hair mid to late 50's). Goes to show he can get away with anything and management wont let him go. No masks, installed the new heater in a puddle even after all this. Great look JJ Bafaro. Thanks, but you'll never do work here again.

The man hired by my mothers landlord came into her home with NO mask on. My mother is over 60 and I was visiting with my 8 month old daughter when he arrived and entered the apartment . We did not a quarantine and social distance ourselves for nothing these past 2 months. I hope you consider there is an ongoing major health crisis and avoid the spread of covid 19 on future jobs.

Unfortunately I can't leave a review concerning their services because I haven't had a chance to receive any services. Initial call placed on September 9, 2019 around 4 pm. Spoke with an elderly sounding gentleman who seemed hard of hearing. Eventually he wrote down all of my information and said I would receive a call on September 10, 2019 from someone to schedule an appointment. It is September 12, 2019 and I still haven't heard anything from this company yet. I'll call another HVAC company today.
