Never had a better experience at Jiffy Lube before but today was the first. Miranda at the worcester MA location made me feel actually cared for and gave me a big discount just so I could afford to get an oil treatment for my car. Thank you Miranda!

Was charged 127$ for an oil change, called back later to see how much they charge and I was told 80 plus a 20$ off coupon that I was never offered. Pretty bad that the price changes almost 50$.

This Jiffy Lube on Grafton street in Worcester is amazing. The staff, especially the manager Miranda, is the epitome of professionalism. Everything was done efficiently and clean. They take pride in this location. Definitely a must if you need an oil change.
