John Shays Custom Upholstery of Worcester, Massachusetts, is a third-generation family-owned-and-operated custom upholstery shop. To date we’ve had a couch and chair done in USA leather, twin wingbacks with foot rest, Italian leather grandfather arm chair with foot rest. Then Paul made me a huge footrest- seat from scratch. All LOVED. Incredible craftsmanship!!! I’m back for more - a beloved office chair. Incredible quality. Worth every penny.

Great work restoring older pieces. Even repairs damaged wood. Shay's business is backed for months, so there's a long wait, but worth it. Picked up this classic wing chair on the side of the road. It's gorgeous now!
