The service from here is terrible. We sent our move in February and its now May, just receiving our stuff after they told us 4-6 weeks for delivery. After the 6 weeks passed, I called and they stated it hasnt even left the state. A couple more weeks pass, I call again to see where is my move, and they say its in Orlando. I spoke with Patricia in Orlando and she stated it would leave the following week, as they were waiting on the container to fill. I call again 2 weeks later because I have yet to hear from them and they said the truck had mechanical issues and they were not able to leave. But this time for sure it was leaving the following week. I called again the following to Orlando and they said it was already in Miami, and that they should be giving me a call to make the delivery. I call Miami AS SOON as I hang up with Orlando and the lady stated that it was still in Orlando. So where is my move, Orlando or Miami? No one ever had the right answers to where my move was, everyone would say something different. Communication and seevice here is terrible!!!! And they wouldnt even give a credit for the inconveniences.. Worst people to move your stuff with. I called to speak to a manager and the rep in Worcester, I believe Adriana, took my name and number down and I never received a call.

I had 2 chairs shipped to PR. I drove them to Worcester. Filled out the paperwork and the chairs were delivered with out any incidents.

I had 2 chairs shipped by them. They were professional and responsive. I brought the chairs boxed to the Worcester office. They were delivered to Puerto Rico without incident.

The guys came and took their time to protect all my valuables and it was fast and assertive good communication skills they had a plan in 2 hours finish the job. 30 boxes 2 bedroom sets, 1 living room set, dining room set, washer and dryer. Muy buen servicio de empaque, se tardan bastante en llegar pero es por la situación de los puertos.Osvaldo was clear and Caty was super helpful.

I had my stuff picked up from Puerto Rico to come to RI. When I called the MASS office they said that they couldn’t find my shipment to call them back with the shipment number. When I called them back the next day and started reading the number they said, stop right there, your things were sent to the Chicago location call PR and see why they sent it there. I called PR, they said it was their mistake that they will contact me back to see if it’s in transit to MASS, never received a callback. When I called them on Thursday they stated that my shipment is in Orlando. Now why would it be in Orlando??? The woman that picked up the phone said it would be another 2-3 weeks till I got my shipment. I said I wanted to speak to the supervisor and they claimed she was busy that she will give me a callback. It is Monday, no callback, no one is answering the phones, so I called headquarters. They can’t find my shipment neither. This is the second time I use them and the second time that they fail me. I’m fed up with them.5/7/2022An update. I will be suing this company. My stuff has been to four different states. Puerto Rico gave me a so called credit and now they’re saying that it doesn’t appear in their database. Rude, rude people in all of their offices. No professionalism. Calling the FMCSA first thing Monday morning. Anyone else with issues with them, you have rights and options!

I have use this moving company in the past and had better service from Florida and Puerto Rico. I recently called the office in Worcester, MA regarding a quote I requested a few times online, in which I never received a call back. When I called the first time I was put on hold for than 20 min. without even being asked the reason for my call and hung up after waiting so long. I called again, this time the person who answered picked up and hung up the phone. Third try, again I was placed on hold for another 10 min., finally a lady answered, which she did not identified herself..ask what did I need and after explaining the reason for my call...the only thing I was told that a estimator will contact me. Didn't bother to actually help at all. As a returning customer one would think to be treated with better customer service.

I tried doing a quote online. Which doesn’t work. I called and the person that answered at the Worcester office said that it doesn’t work. She informed me that a quote has to be done by someone from their office and they would call me back. Over a week later I was at the dentist when the guy called. Told him I was almost done and about 10 minutes later called him back. Received a voicemail. Left a message over week and a half later I called back he answered rudely said he was with another client and he’d call back. Never heard from them again. This is a company I’ve used before and honestly has gone downhill so bad if I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure how they stay in business. Guess they are making so much money they don’t need clients. Awful. Unfortunately the options for moving stuff to Puerto Rico are limited but I found upack and went that route. Don’t waste your time on them.

If I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD! Horrible, horrible experience. For something that was suppose to take "4 weeks" took them a month and a half! They picked up my belongings beginning of December and here I am now receiving them almost middle of February. I had to call them multiple times, NOT ONCE did they reach out to me. Once my items arrived, two boxes were missing! Although the movers were friendly; the communication and customer service was extremely poor! I WILL NEVER EVER use this company again and quit frankly I believe they shouldn't exist. Save yourself the stress, the hassle, and your money. If you cherish your belongings and they have sentimental value please take this WARNING and RUN!

They destroyed my vehicle, I spent a lot of money fallowing there requirements that included power wash my vehicle including the engine and empty my vehicle. They put my rear seats down on my van and decided to put dirty heavy equipment in my trunk which by the way is against the rules and without my consent. They scratched my vehicle inside panels and left dirt all over. I spoke to Ricardo from Worcester office and he was very rude and just told me I couldn’t proof it was them or that anything was in my vehicle even when their employee told me he removed things from inside my vehicle that were not supposed to be there and my vehicle was dirty and destroyed inside. Ricardo was very rude and unprofessional I will never ship anything with this company ever again. I used them a few times and never had issues spent thousands of dollars shipping things as I moved back and forth a few times. I can’t understand how they have all this requirements for you to ship your car but they can do as they please with other peoples property and act like it’s ok.

0 stars In WORCESTER MA the customers service is terrible the person who answers the phone is horrible without any education l was asking her about my shipment it has already 3 months and l still haven’t received my move. When l ask her for her manager she hands off the phone . They are no responsible, no profesionales, the worse services and experience l have .

I use la Rosa Del monte to moved from florida to Rhode Island and when my boxes arrived (5 weeks after) they were open and missing several items like jewelry and colognes. I write them an email because when I call the office the guy who answered told me he couldn’t do anything about it to write an email to support and I still waiting for them to answer.

A horrible moving company. They quote vehicle transport to take 4 weeks. It has been 8 weeks, my vehicle has been here in Puerto Rico for the last two weeks. After multiple phone calls, driving an hour to the corporate office, and catching them in a half dozen lies, I still do not have my car. They do not care about there clients or what they are transporting. If you choose to use them to move your precious belongings, it will surely be a choice you will regret.
